منظمة غوث للإغاثة والطوارئ هي منظمة غير حكومية تهدف إلى توفير خدمات صحية لجميع المحتاجين في لبنان. تقدم المنظمة خدمات صحية أساسية، ثانوية، وثالثية، بالإضافة إلى مشاريع أخرى في المجال الصحي. حاليًا، تعلن المنظمة عن حاجتها لتوظيف مسؤول مشتريات للعمل في مقرها في بيروت.
تفاصيل الوظيفة:
- القطاع: الصحة
- المهام:
- إعداد، تنسيق وتنفيذ خطط المشتريات لجميع مكاتب المنظمة بما يتماشى مع متطلبات المانحين ومعايير غوث.
- تنسيق استلام وتقييم العروض والاقتراحات الخاصة بالسلع والخدمات.
- التأكد من جودة السلع عند تسليمها ومطابقتها للمواصفات المطلوبة من الموردين.
- ضمان تنفيذ عمليات شراء فعّالة وفي الوقت المحدد مع الالتزام التام بسياسة المشتريات الخاصة بالمنظمة.
- تحديد مواصفات السلع والخدمات بالتعاون مع الأقسام المعنية مع ضمان الجودة.
- التفاوض على أفضل الصفقات فيما يتعلق بالأسعار والعقود.
- مراجعة وتحليل جميع الموردين واختيار أفضل الخيارات من حيث الجودة والسعر مع الحفاظ على الشفافية.
- إعداد عقود الموردين وأوامر الشراء ورفعها للموافقة الإدارية.
- البحث عن التبرعات العينية (In-Kind donations) إذا أمكن.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات والتدريبات المقررة من قبل الإدارة.
- تتبع الدورات التدريبية والشهادات الخاصة بالموظفين لإعداد تقارير لاحقة.
- القيام بمهام أخرى حسب توجيه الإدارة.
- زيارة مواقع المشاريع في لبنان.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة التعليم: بكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة الإمدادات، إدارة الأعمال أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- الخبرة: من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال المشتريات أو أي مجال مشابه.
- اللغة العربية: بطلاقة
- اللغة الإنجليزية: بطلاقة
تفاصيل العقد:
- نوع العقد: دوام كامل
- مدة الوظيفة: سنة واحدة قابلة للتجديد بناءً على الأداء وتوفر التمويل.
- نطاق الراتب: يتراوح بين 1200 و 1500 دولار أمريكي شهريًا.

Ghawth Relief and Emergency Organization is a non-governmental organization that provides health services to all people in need throughout Lebanon. Ghawth offers primary, secondary, and tertiary health services, along with other health-related projects. Currently, Ghawth is seeking a Procurement Officer to join their team in Beirut.

- Responsibilities:
- Prepare, coordinate, and implement procurement plans for all Ghawth offices in compliance with donor requirements and Ghawth standards.
- Coordinate the reception and evaluation of quotations or proposals for goods and services.
- Ensure the quality of goods upon delivery complies with the submitted requirements.
- Ensure timely, efficient, and effective procurement of goods, services, and works while strictly adhering to procurement policies and other relevant Ghawth policies.
- Establish specifications for goods and services required by the organization in collaboration with relevant departments while ensuring the quality of purchased goods and services.
- Negotiate the best deals for pricing and supply contracts.
- Review and analyze all suppliers, quality, and price options while maintaining transparency in the process.
- Prepare supplier contracts and purchase orders for management approval.
- Source in-kind donations where possible.
- Attend meetings and trainings as advised by management.
- Keep track of employees’ trainings and certifications for later reports.
- Perform other tasks as advised by management.
- Conduct field visits to project locations across Lebanon.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or any other related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (French is not required).
Contract Details:
- Contract Type: Full-time
- Contract Duration: One year, renewable based on performance and availability of funds.
- Salary Range: Between $1200 and $1500 USD per month.
