JOB DESCRIPTION
To coordinate the activities related to maintenance and reparation services in order to ensure that KFH’s car fleet
remains in good condition and that technical assistance is provided to customers as per the established service quality standards.

Description
Car Maintenance
- Provide leasing customers with after-lease services through dealers’ service centers.
- Verify all documents and requirements in case of accidents and maintenance and also verify contractual terms
and conditions and type of coverage and maintenance packages.
- Perform initial car inspection, develop estimation report and issue reparation orders and cars replacement
requests.
- Perform quality assurance on car maintenance (garage work).
- Follow-up with garages on car maintenance/ reparation and ensure quality abides by the agreement standards.
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure technical assistance is provided to customers; including 24/7 road
services and any reparation that is not covered under the warrantee or maintenance contract (e.g., tires, battery).
- Update car accident log and coordinate with insurance company in case of accident to ensure timely car
replacement and reimbursement.
- Inspect returned cars upon leasing contract expiry, and submit report to Leasing Customer Service, to end the
contract financially and legally.
- Inspect cars in case of buy-back contract and liaise with Leasing Customer Service function to return car to dealer.
- Prepare regular reports on car maintenance (e.g., in case of cars with pending reparation, cars declared “Total
Loss”).
- Inspect cars in case of buy-back contract and liaise with Leasing Customer Service function to return the cars to
the respective dealers.

- Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is
carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

AUTHORITY & DECISION MAKING:
- Key decisions having significant impact on Car Maintenance are referred to the Car Maintenance Team Leader
for approval before implementation.
- The jobholder exercises authority as per the level established by KFH management and stipulated in the authority
matrix.
QUALIFICATIONS
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Eligibility Criteria:
- Auto mechanic diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
- 2 years of experience in Car Maintenance with an automotive company.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:
- Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within automobile maintenance.
- Intermediate computer and MS Office skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Organization skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Communication skills.
- Arabic and English speaking preferred.
