المؤهل التعليمي والشهادات: يفضل أن يكون المتقدم للوظيفة حاصل على ماجستير إدارة الأعمال
يفضل أن يكون حاصل على درجة الأعمال أو الموارد البشرية
الشهادات المطلوبة: SPHR/CIPD أو ما يعادلها من شهادات في مجال الموارد البشرية
يشترط أن يمتلك خبرة سنتين كحد ادنى خبرة في الدور القيادي لفريق التوظيف بدورة كاملة
يشترط أن يمتلك المتقدم للمنصب الشاغر أعلاه 7-10 سنوات خبرة في توظيف بدورة كاملة مع زيادة تدريجية في المسؤوليات
يجب أن يتمتع المتقدم للمنصب الشاغر أعلاه بكل من المهارات التالية:
مهارات اتصال فائقة (كتابة ، شفهية ، تفاوضية)
مهارات حل المشكلات
مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة
خبرة سابقة في القيادة
خبرة مثبتة في تطوير وتنفيذ التوطين أو استراتيجية التوظيف

Sr. Talent Acquisition Team Manager

Key Responsibilities

Strategic management: Responsible for ongoing collaboration with senior leadership to understand in depth talent needs, identify recruitment channels and sources and establish processes and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the team’s talent acquisition efforts.
Talent Sourcing: Responsible to ensure a steady in-house pipeline of qualified candidates by managing long term (i.e. social media, university relationships, talent branding) and short term (job boards, referrals, hiring fairs) strategies.
Full cycle recruiting: Responsible to manage a personal portfolio of vacant positions with focus on critical executive and strategic positions to ensure the right culture and talent fit for the team.
Team leadership: Responsible for managing the UAE Talent Acquisition team and supporting regional office abilities to meet recruiting goals and maintain consistent day-to-day activities across all talent acquisition needs.

Skills

Technical competencies:
Significant experience as a full cycle recruiter, leading sourcing, interview, offer and onboarding
Proven experience developing and implementing recruitment strategy
Proven experience developing & implementing Emiratization or nationalization recruitment strategy
Proven experience developing and implementing sourcing strategy

Behavioral competencies:

Industry/Role Experience:

Years of experience: 7-10 years full cycle recruitment with progressive increase in responsibilities
2 years experience in leadership role for full cycle recruitment team

Regional experience: UAE/MENA Region required

Industry experience: Education or Technology experience strongly preferred

Educational degree(s):

MBA preferred; Business or HR related degree preferred

Certification(s)/Licenses:

SPHR/CIPD/ or equivalent HR Certifications required
