الوصف الوظيفي:
تبحث منظمة MAPs عن منسق أبحاث (Research Coordinator) للانضمام إلى فريقها في لبنان. سيكون المنسق مسؤولاً عن إدارة العمليات اليومية لمشاريع الأبحاث وضمان تنفيذها بكفاءة وأخلاقيات، بما يتماشى مع المعايير التنظيمية الخاصة بمنظمة MAPs. تتضمن المهام التعاون مع المحققين الرئيسيين، مساعدي الأبحاث، المشاركين في الدراسة، والشركاء الخارجيين لتحقيق أهداف المشاريع. كما يشمل الدور كتابة مقترحات الأبحاث، تحليل البيانات، وكتابة مقالات البحث.
المهام الرئيسية:
- إدارة العمليات اليومية لمشاريع الأبحاث.
- التعاون مع الباحثين الرئيسيين ومساعدي الأبحاث لضمان تنفيذ الأبحاث بكفاءة.
- تنسيق العمل بين المشاركين في الدراسات والشركاء الخارجيين.
- كتابة مقترحات الأبحاث والمشاركة في إعداد التقارير البحثية.
- تحليل البيانات المتعلقة بالأبحاث وتقديم التوصيات.
- كتابة مقالات بحثية ونشر نتائج الأبحاث في المجلات الأكاديمية.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- درجة بكالوريوس في العلوم الاجتماعية، علم النفس، الصحة العامة، أو مجالات ذات صلة. درجة الماجستير هي ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة عملية بين سنة واحدة وسنتين في مجال الأبحاث أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
- إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- مهارات قوية في الكتابة الأكاديمية وتحليل البيانات.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق متعدد التخصصات.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارية ممتازة.

Job Description:
MAPs is seeking a Research Coordinator to join its team in Lebanon. The Research Coordinator will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of research projects, ensuring they are conducted efficiently, ethically, and in compliance with MAPS regulatory standards. This role will involve collaboration with principal investigators, research assistants, study participants, and external partners to achieve project goals. Additionally, the coordinator will be involved in writing research proposals, analyzing data, and drafting research articles for publication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of research projects.
- Collaborate with principal investigators and research assistants to ensure efficient implementation.
- Coordinate with study participants and external partners.
- Write research proposals and assist in preparing research reports.
- Analyze research data and provide recommendations.
- Write research articles and publish findings in academic journals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social science, psychology, public health, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of work experience in research or a related field.
- Proficient in both Arabic and English.
- Strong skills in academic writing and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent organizational and management skills.
