وصف الوظيفة:

تسعى منظمة Al Midan NGO إلى تعيين معلم/ة للعمل في مشروع Makani في منطقة الشمال. سيكون المعلم/ة مسؤولًا عن تقديم التعليم غير الرسمي للأطفال والشباب ضمن بيئة تعليمية متكاملة تركز على حماية الأطفال وتنميتهم. تشمل مهام المعلم/ة دورًا فعالًا في مساعدة الأطفال في تنمية المهارات البدنية والعقلية بالإضافة إلى تطوير مهارات الحياة الأساسية.

يهدف مشروع Makani إلى تقديم خدمات شاملة للأطفال والشباب في لبنان، من خلال مراكز مجتمعية متعددة الخدمات (MSCC) في الشمال. يتم تقديم برامج تعليمية، حماية الطفل، تنمية الطفولة المبكرة (ECD)، ومهارات الحياة، بالإضافة إلى دعم التفاعل الشبابي، بهدف الوصول إلى الأطفال والشباب اللبنانيين والسوريين في المجتمعات المضيفة والمستوطنات غير الرسمية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات المنظمة: الالتزام بسياسات Al Midan NGO المعتمدة، بما في ذلك سياسات حماية الأطفال.
• التفاعل مع الأطفال: العمل مع الأطفال في بيئة آمنة ومحترمة، وتوجيههم باستخدام أساليب تعليمية مبتكرة ومتنوعة.
• العمل الجماعي: التعاون مع فريق العمل لتحقيق أهداف المشروع بشكل فعال.
• التخطيط وتنفيذ الأنشطة: إعداد الأنشطة التعليمية اليومية وفقًا للجدول الزمني المعد من قبل المنظمة.
• تقييم الأطفال: إجراء التقييمات الأولية والنهائية للأطفال في كل دورة تعليمية.
• التوثيق والتقارير: تسجيل الحضور اليومي وإعداد التقارير الشهرية والربع سنوية لرصد فعالية الأنشطة.
• تعزيز علاقات إيجابية: بناء علاقات فعّالة مع الأطفال وأسرهم والمجتمع المحلي لضمان مشاركة الجميع في الأنشطة.

المتطلبات المهنية:

• المؤهل العلمي: شهادة بكاليروس في مجالات ذات صلة بالتعليم أو رياض الأطفال (قد يتم قبول معلمين ذوي خبرة استثنائية مع موافقات خاصة من وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي).
• الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في التدريس أو العمل مع الأطفال.
• الكفاءات الشخصية:
  • القدرة على التواصل بفعالية، شفهياً وكتابياً.
  • فهم عميق لاحتياجات الأطفال التنموية.
  • مهارات في العمل ضمن مجموعة.
  • إتقان ثلاث لغات: العربية، الإنجليزية، والفرنسية.

Job Description:

Al Midan NGO is looking to recruit a YBLN Teacher for the Makani Project in North Lebanon. The teacher will play a crucial role in non-formal education for children and youth within a safe, inclusive environment that focuses on child protection and development. The teacher will help children develop mental, physical, and developmental skills while using innovative and participatory teaching methods.

The Makani Project aims to provide a comprehensive service package to marginalized children and youth in Lebanon, offering education, child protection, early childhood development (ECD), life skills, and youth engagement. The project serves both Syrian and Lebanese vulnerable children in host communities and informal settlements.

Major Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Policies and Procedures: Follow Al Midan’s established child protection policies and Code of Conduct.
• Engage with Children: Interact with children in a safe, respectful manner, guiding them using various educational methods.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of the team to achieve project objectives.
• Plan and Deliver Activities: Prepare and deliver daily educational activities as per the agreed schedule.
• Assess Children’s Progress: Conduct initial and final assessments for each child during each cycle.
• Documentation and Reporting: Record daily attendance and prepare monthly/quarterly reports to monitor effectiveness.
• Build Positive Relationships: Establish strong relationships with children, their families, and the community.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (kindergarten or related subjects).
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in teaching or working with children.
• Skills:
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of child development and needs.
  • Experience working in group settings.
  • Proficiency in Arabic, English, and French.
