وصف الوظيفة:
تعلن جمعية “أنا أقرأ” عن حاجتها لمعلمين/ت متخصصين لتعليم الصفوف الأولى (من الصف الأول إلى الخامس) في منطقة قب إلياس. سيتم تقديم الدعم اللازم من خلال توفير تدريب مكثف على جودة التعليم والتعلم لتأهيل المعلمين بالشكل الأمثل.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- حضور تدريب لمدة خمسة أيام حول جودة التعليم والتعلم.
- تخطيط، إعداد، وتقديم دروس لتلبية احتياجات جميع الطلاب، سواء داخل الصف أو عن بُعد.
- تطوير خطط دروس يومية تناسب الأهداف التعليمية.
- إعداد أهداف تعليمية واضحة لكل نشاط تعليمي.
- تجهيز الفصول الدراسية للأنشطة التعليمية أو تحضير المواد التعليمية للتعليم عن بُعد.
- تقديم دروس تتوافق مع احتياجات وقدرات كل طالب.
- توفير بيئة تعليمية شاملة تلائم الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
- تقييم أداء الطلاب بشكل دوري وتقديم التغذية الراجعة المناسبة.
- مراقبة وتحفيز تقدم ورفاهية الطلاب.
- تسجيل حضور الطلاب والإبلاغ عن أي غيابات أو احتياجات خاصة لفريق التعليم.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات المدرسة وأولياء الأمور.
المؤهلات والخبرة:
- درجة بكالوريوس في التعليم، الطفولة المبكرة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التدريس.
- إتقان ممتاز للغة العربية، بالإضافة إلى الإنجليزية أو الفرنسية.
المهارات المطلوبة:
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة.
- شخصية ودودة ومتعاونة مع فهم عميق لتطور الأطفال.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
- التفكير النقدي والقدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة.
- التحلي بالمرونة والقدرة على التكيف مع ظروف العمل المختلفة.
ظروف العمل:
- الحضور الميداني بشكل دائم في مراكز التعلم.
- العمل وفق جدول محدد قد يشمل أيام الأسبوع وعطلة نهاية الأسبوع.
- التفاعل مع بيئات متعددة الثقافات.

Job Description:
Ana Aqra Association is seeking professional teachers to teach Grades 1 to 5 in Qob Elias. Selected candidates will receive comprehensive training on Quality Teaching and Learning to prepare them for their responsibilities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend a five-day Quality Teaching and Learning training.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons tailored to the needs of students, either in-class or remotely.
- Develop daily lesson plans and schemes of work.
- Establish clear learning objectives for all activities.
- Prepare instructional materials for classroom or remote teaching.
- Create an inclusive environment to support students with special needs.
- Observe and evaluate student performance and progress regularly.
- Provide feedback and encourage student engagement.
- Record attendance and report any student concerns to the Education/ Inclusion Officer.
- Participate in teacher, school, and parent meetings.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
- Proficiency in Arabic, and excellent command of French or English.
Required Competencies:
- Strong communication skills.
- Compassionate attitude and deep understanding of child development.
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks.
- Critical thinking skills and adaptability to different work settings.
Working Conditions:
- Field presence most of the time at the learning center.
- Adherence to a set schedule, which may include weekdays and weekends.
- Working in multicultural environments.
