تبحث منظمة Première Urgence – Aide Médicale Internationale (PU-AMI) عن مدير مالي يتمتع بخبرة قوية لإدارة العمليات المالية في المكتب الميداني ودعم أهداف المنظمة الإنسانية في لبنان.

منظمة PU-AMI هي منظمة إنسانية غير حكومية وغير ربحية تعمل على توفير استجابة شاملة للاحتياجات الأساسية للمجتمعات التي تعاني من أزمات إنسانية حادة، مع احترام مبادئ الإنسانية وعدم التمييز.

المهام الرئيسية

1. الإدارة المالية وإعداد الميزانية

   • المساهمة في تطوير الإطار الميزاني السنوي للمهمة ومتابعته وتحديثه بانتظام.
   • إعداد ميزانيات المشاريع وضمان التوزيع العادل لتكاليف التشغيل.
   • مراقبة وتحليل الميزانيات الشهرية لتحديد الفجوات والاختلافات بين التوقعات والواقع.
   • إعداد التقارير المالية للجهات المانحة بالتنسيق مع فريق التنسيق المالي.

2. تحليل الميزانية

   • إجراء تحليلات شهرية للميزانية على مستوى المكتب الميداني.
   • تقديم الدعم الفني والنصائح لتحسين الكفاءة المالية.

3. التنسيق والتمثيل

   • ضمان تدفق المعلومات بين الفرق الميدانية وفريق التنسيق المركزي.
   • تمثيل المنظمة أمام الجهات المانحة والهيئات القانونية والإدارية.

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة

1. المتطلبات الأساسية

   • اللغات: إجادة تامة للغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
   • التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة.
   • الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في العمل مع المنظمات غير الحكومية أو القطاع الخاص.
   • المهارات التقنية:
     • مهارات تحليل وكتابة ممتازة.
     • قدرة عالية على استخدام برامج MS Office وخاصة Excel.
     • معرفة جيدة بإجراءات الجهات المانحة (ECHO، وكالات الأمم المتحدة، إلخ).

2. المتطلبات الإضافية

   • مهارات قيادة الفرق وحل النزاعات.
   • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتكيف مع التغيرات.
   • دوافع قوية لمساعدة المجتمعات المحتاجة.

Job Description

Première Urgence – Aide Médicale Internationale (PU-AMI) is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and support its humanitarian efforts in Lebanon.

PU-AMI is a non-profit organization that provides comprehensive support to populations facing humanitarian crises while respecting humanitarian principles and ensuring equal access to aid regardless of religion, politics, or ethnicity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management and Budgeting

   • Develop and monitor the annual budget framework.
   • Prepare project budgets and ensure fair distribution of operational costs.
   • Analyze and review monthly budgets, ensuring compliance with donor requirements.
   • Prepare financial reports for donors in coordination with the Finance Coordination team.

2. Budget Analysis

   • Conduct monthly budget reviews at the field level.
   • Provide guidance on financial resource optimization and suggest budget adjustments.

3. Coordination and Representation

   • Facilitate information sharing between field teams and central coordination.
   • Represent PU-AMI in financial matters with donors, legal bodies, and local authorities.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Mandatory Requirements

   • Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
   • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
   • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with NGOs or private companies.
   • Technical Skills:
     • Strong analytical and writing skills.
     • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
     • Familiarity with donor procedures (ECHO, UN agencies, etc.).

2. Additional Requirements

   • Leadership and conflict resolution skills.
   • Ability to adapt to pressure and changing priorities.
   • Strong motivation to support vulnerable communities.
