الوصف الوظيفي:
الفرصة:
يهدف هذا الدور إلى ضمان الحفاظ على سجلات مالية دقيقة وآمنة وفعالة لمكتب منطقة الشرق، وضمان تحديث جميع الخطط المالية، الميزانيات، العقود، الاتفاقات والسجلات بما يتماشى مع الإجراءات المعتمدة في المنظمة، وتوفير الوصول إليها من قبل الأشخاص المخولين فقط.
في حالة حدوث أزمة إنسانية كبرى، من المتوقع أن يكون الشخص في هذا الدور مستعدًا للعمل خارج نطاق الدور الوظيفي المعتاد وتغيير ساعات العمل حسب الحاجة.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- الحفاظ على السجلات المالية بطريقة آمنة وفعالة.
- تحديث الميزانيات، العقود والاتفاقات المالية بشكل مستمر.
- ضمان توفير السجلات المالية للوصول إليها من قبل الأفراد المصرح لهم فقط.
- دعم فرق العمل الأخرى في جميع الأنشطة المالية المتعلقة بالمشروع.
- مراقبة وتنسيق احتياجات التبرعات وضمان التزام المنظمة بمتطلبات المانحين.
- تقديم تقارير دورية دقيقة وموثوقة للفرق المعنية.
- التأكد من الامتثال لمعايير التدقيق الداخلي.
- دعم العمليات المالية اليومية، بما في ذلك معالجة الفواتير والتكاليف.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- المؤهل العلمي: بكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية أو إدارة الأعمال.
- الخبرة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال المالية في المنظمات غير الحكومية.
- يفضل الخبرة السابقة في التعامل مع متطلبات المانحين والتدقيق المالي.
- اللغات:
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية بشكل كامل (كتابة وقراءة).
- اللغة الفرنسية غير مطلوبة.
- المهارات:
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
- القدرة على إدارة الوقت بشكل جيد والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.

Job Description:
The Opportunity:
The Finance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the record-keeping for the East Area Office is undertaken efficiently, securely, and accurately. They will ensure that all financial plans, budgets, contracts, agreements, and records are up to date and accessible only to authorized personnel.
In case of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the usual role profile and adjust working hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records in a secure and effective manner.
- Regularly update budgets, contracts, and financial agreements.
- Ensure financial records are accessible only to authorized personnel.
- Support other teams with financial aspects related to projects.
- Monitor and coordinate donor requirements and ensure compliance.
- Provide accurate and reliable financial reports to relevant teams.
- Ensure internal audit compliance.
- Support daily financial operations, including processing invoices and costs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in NGO finance.
- Experience working with donor requirements and audits is an asset.
- Languages:
- Proficient in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
- French is not required.
- Skills:
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
