الوصف الوظيفي:

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• العمل كجزء من فريق حماية الطفل (CP) في المركز، المسؤول عن تقديم وتسهيل الأنشطة المتعلقة بحماية الطفل.
• تسهيل تحديد احتياجات المجتمع (تقييم الوضع) ومتابعة الاحتياجات والخدمات المتاحة بشكل دوري.
• بناء علاقات داعمة وموثوقة مع الأطفال والأسر والقادة المحليين في المجتمع عبر مبادرات “قدوة”.
• القيام بزيارات منزلية عند الحاجة لمتابعة مع مقدمي الرعاية.
• متابعة مخاطر الحماية المحلية وتوجيه الأطفال الأكثر عرضة للخطر إلى خدمات حماية الطفل المتخصصة.
• مرافقة الأطفال والأسر إلى الخدمات عند الحاجة.
• دعم مقدمي الرعاية وأفراد الشبكة الممتدة في ممارسات التربية الإيجابية.
• العمل كنقطة اتصال داخل المجتمع مكاناً للأطفال والأسر للإبلاغ عن حالات الإساءة، أو للحصول على المساعدة والدعم.
• المشاركة في تقديم جلسات الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي للأفراد وجلسات التربية الإيجابية.
• الإبلاغ عن أي حوادث متعلقة بحماية الطفل أو سوء المعاملة أو الاستغلال الجنسي.
• المشاركة في جميع الفرص التدريبية التي توفرها الجمعية.

المتطلبات والمهارات:

• طلاب جامعيين أو خريجين جدد مع 1 إلى 2 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال ذو صلة.
• مهارات تواصل قوية: يجب أن يكون الشخص قادراً على التواصل بفعالية، شفوياً وكتابياً، وبناء علاقات إيجابية مع الأشخاص على مختلف المستويات.
• مهارات تخطيط: القدرة على تطوير الخطط والعمل بشكل مستقل، وإدارة الوقت بفعالية.
• الوعي الاجتماعي: يجب أن يكون الشخص على دراية بالوضع الاجتماعي والاقتصادي في المنطقة وكيفية تأثيره على تسجيل الأطفال وحضورهم في التعليم.
• معرفة بالتنوع السياقي للمناطق المختلفة في عكار، لبنان.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Be part of the Child Protection (CP) team and be responsible for facilitating and delivering CP activities at the center level.
• Facilitate mapping community needs (Situation Assessment), regular mapping of existing needs and services, and conduct sessions in the community.
• Build rapport and establish trusting relationships with children, families, and local leaders through Qudwa initiatives.
• Conduct household visits when necessary to follow up with caregivers.
• Monitor local protection risks and refer vulnerable children facing protection concerns to specialized Child Protection services.
• Accompany children and families to services when needed.
• Support caregivers and extended network members in positive parenting practices.
• Act as a focal point within the community as a safe space for children and parents to report abuse cases, seek help, provide support, and identify needs.
• Participate in delivering the CBPSS and positive parenting sessions.
• Report any incidents related to child protection, child safeguarding, and PSEA (Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse).
• Participate in all capacity-building opportunities provided by the organization.

Requirements & Skills:

• University students/fresh graduates, with 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, build trust, and establish positive relationships.
• Planning Skills: Ability to develop and adhere to work plans, work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Social Awareness: Knowledge of the socio-economic situation of the area and its impact on children’s enrollment and attendance in education.
• Knowledge of the contextual diversity of different areas of Akkar, Lebanon.
