الوصف الوظيفي:

الواجبات والمسؤوليات:

• تدريب الممرضة المجتمعية على مستويات متقدمة من التوعية الصحية، بما في ذلك الصحة الجنسية والإنجابية، فحص التغذية النشطة، والتطعيمات.
• إدارة الحالات المرضية الحادة، الأمراض المعدية والجروح البسيطة.
• تحديد الحالات التي تحتاج إلى تحويل إلى المركز الصحي الأولي أو المتخصص.
• دعم فريق المتطوعين المجتمعيين في مراقبة الأمراض المعدية.
• المشاركة في الاستجابة السريعة للأوبئة وتقديم الدعم خلال حملات التطعيم.
• تقديم الأنشطة التوعوية داخل وخارج الملاجئ، ودعم المتطوعين المجتمعيين في أنشطتهم.

المهام الرئيسية:

• جمع وتحليل البيانات الوبائية الأسبوعية.
• المشاركة في الاجتماعات المختلفة والإبلاغ عن الأنشطة.
• توفير التوعية الصحية للأفراد وتعليمهم كيفية الوقاية من الأمراض واتباع إرشادات الأدوية والعادات الصحية.

المهارات المطلوبة:

• درجة جامعية أو دبلوم تقني في التمريض (تصريح العمل والشهادة المطلوبة).
• المؤهلات المرغوبة: ماجستير في الصحة العامة.
• خبرة في مراقبة الأمراض الوبائية والاستجابة لها.
• خبرة في العمل مع المنظمات غير الحكومية في دور مماثل.
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق.
• إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
• الالتزام بالمواعيد والمرونة.

القدرات السلوكية:

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• The community nurse will undergo advanced training in health awareness, including SRH (sexual and reproductive health), active nutrition screening, vaccinations, and basic management of acute diseases, communicable diseases, and minor wounds.
• The nurse will identify cases for referral to PHCC and manage defaulter cases.
• The nurse will support monitoring and surveillance of communicable diseases through community outreach volunteers (COVs).
• In case of an outbreak, the nurse will join the Rapid Response Team (RRT) to manage the outbreak as per MoPH SOPs.
• The nurse will participate in health awareness and education activities within and outside shelters, support COVs in their activities, and provide health education on various diseases.
• The community nurse will be trained in trauma-informed approaches and confidential handling of GBV (gender-based violence) disclosures, ensuring timely referrals to the most accessible case management actors.

Main Activities:

• Conduct health assessments during community visits with COVs, providing basic care for minor health issues, such as first aid, wound care, and management of waterborne, skin, and vaccine-preventable diseases.
• For moderate to severe cases, refer patients to PHCC or secondary care, ensuring follow-up for continuity of care.
• In case of outbreaks, assist with the RRT and participate in vaccination campaigns.
• Educate patients on preventive measures, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collect epidemiological data and monitor disease outbreaks.
• Provide mental health awareness and offer supportive services to displaced individuals.
• Participate in need assessments with the MEAL department to identify emerging gaps and needs.

Required Competencies and Skills:

• University degree or technical diploma in Nursing (work permit and relevant certificates required).
• Preferred: Master’s in Public Health.
• Experience with epidemic surveillance and response, particularly case management.
• Experience with NGOs in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take initiative within a defined framework.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Flexibility, punctuality, autonomy, and strong motivation.

Behavioral Skills:

• Self-discipline and ability to work as part of a team.
• Active participation in the program’s activities.
