مقدمة المشروع
يهدف مشروع “SheRises” إلى تعزيز الاستقلال الاقتصادي ومحاربة العنف ضد النساء والفتيات في لبنان. يتصدى هذا المشروع للتحديات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي تواجهها النساء، ويركز على تمكينهن من خلال تطوير المهارات، وخلق فرص العمل، وتقديم الدعم للناجيات من العنف.

دور الاختصاصي الاجتماعي
الاختصاصي الاجتماعي سيكون مسؤولاً عن تقديم الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي للنساء والفتيات اللواتي تعرضن للعنف، ومساعدتهن على استعادة الاستقلالية الاقتصادية. يتضمن الدور إدارة الحالات، تقديم الاستشارات، إحالة الضحايا إلى الخدمات المناسبة، ومشاركة في أنشطة التوعية والدعوة المحلية حول حقوق النساء وأهمية الاستقلال الاقتصادي.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

1. إدارة الحالات والدعم المباشر:

   • تقديم استشارات نفسية فردية ودعم عاطفي للنساء والفتيات اللواتي تعرضن للعنف.
   • تطوير خطط عمل فردية للناجيات بهدف مساعدتهن على استعادة الثقة والحصول على الخدمات المطلوبة.
   • متابعة الحالات والتأكد من تلقي الناجيات للدعم المستمر.

2. إحالة وتنسيق الخدمات:

   • إحالة الضحايا إلى الخدمات المناسبة مثل المساعدة القانونية، الرعاية الصحية، والمأوى.
   • التعاون مع مقدمي الخدمات المحليين لضمان تلبية احتياجات المستفيدات.
   • متابعة فعالية الإحالات والتأكد من تقدم الحالة وتحديد أية فجوات في الدعم.

3. التوعية وبناء القدرات:

   • تنظيم جلسات توعية في المجتمعات المحلية لزيادة الوعي حول العنف القائم على الجنس وحقوق النساء.
   • تقديم تدريبات وورش عمل للقيادات المحلية حول مواضيع مثل الوقاية من العنف القائم على الجنس وحقوق النساء.
   • دعم أنشطة المشروع الدعوية لتعزيز التغيير في القيم المجتمعية حول العنف ضد النساء.

4. التوثيق والتقارير:

   • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة وسرية لجميع الحالات.
   • إعداد تقارير شهرية حول أنشطة إدارة الحالات والإحالات.
   • المشاركة في جمع البيانات المتعلقة برصد وتقييم نتائج المشروع.

5. الحماية والسلامة:

   • ضمان الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات وحماية خصوصية المستفيدات.
   • التعرف على المخاطر المحتملة واتخاذ التدابير المناسبة لتقليلها.
   • العمل مع الفريق الميداني لضمان استجابة فعالة لاحتياجات النساء والفتيات ذوات المخاطر العالية.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

• المؤهلات الأكاديمية: درجة بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في العمل الاجتماعي، علم النفس، أو مجال ذي صلة.
• الخبرة المهنية: خبرة 2-3 سنوات في تقديم الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي، إدارة الحالات، والاستشارات.
• المهارات التقنية: قدرة عالية على التواصل، حل المشكلات، وإدارة الأزمات.
• المهارات اللغوية: إجادة اللغة العربية (كتابة ومحادثة) بشكل ممتاز، والإنجليزية بشكل جيد.

Job Description:

Project Overview
The “SheRises” project aims to promote economic independence and combat violence against women and girls in Lebanon. This project addresses socio-economic challenges faced by women, empowering them through skills development, job creation, and providing support to survivors of violence.

Social Worker Role
The Social Worker will be responsible for providing psychosocial support to women and girls who have experienced violence, while also helping to create an enabling environment for their economic independence. This will involve case management, direct counseling, service referrals, and community outreach, as well as contributing to awareness-raising and advocacy activities on women’s rights and economic empowerment.

Responsibilities:

1. Case Management & Direct Support:

   • Provide individual psychosocial counseling and emotional support to survivors of violence.
   • Develop individualized action plans for beneficiaries and support them in regaining confidence and accessing necessary services.
   • Manage a case load of women and girls, ensuring continuous follow-up and support.

2. Referral & Service Coordination:

   • Ensure survivors are referred to necessary services like legal aid, healthcare, shelter, and training opportunities.
   • Collaborate with local service providers to ensure comprehensive support.
   • Follow up on referrals to assess effectiveness and identify service gaps.

3. Awareness-Raising & Capacity Building:

   • Conduct community awareness sessions on gender-based violence, women’s rights, and economic empowerment.
   • Provide training to local leaders and stakeholders on GBV prevention and women’s rights.
   • Support advocacy activities for improving gender norms and services for survivors.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

   • Maintain accurate and confidential records of all cases.
   • Submit monthly reports on case management and survivor progress.
   • Assist in data collection for project monitoring and evaluation.

5. Protection & Safety:

   • Ensure confidentiality and privacy for beneficiaries.
   • Identify safeguarding risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
   • Work closely with the project team to address the needs of high-risk women and girls.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Professional Experience: 2-3 years in providing psychosocial support and case management to survivors of gender-based violence.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.
• Languages: Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); proficiency in English is an advantage.
