مُلخص الوظيفة
سيتولى منشئ المحتوى المسؤولية الكاملة عن إنتاج محتوى جذاب وعالي الجودة لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بهدف الترويج لأنشطة ومبادرات المشروع. يتضمن ذلك تصميم المنشورات، التقاط الصور أثناء الأنشطة، وضمان التناسق في العلامة التجارية والرسائل. يتطلب الدور الإبداع، والانتباه للتفاصيل، والقدرة على الوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية في بيئة سريعة ومتطلبة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
إنتاج المحتوى
- تطوير وتصميم محتوى إبداعي لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، بما في ذلك المنشورات، القصص والفيديوهات، لعرض أنشطة المشروع وإنجازاته.
- التقاط صور وفيديوهات عالية الجودة خلال فعاليات المشروع والأنشطة لاستخدامها في المحتوى الترويجي.
- كتابة وصف وجمل جذابة تتناسب مع الجمهور المستهدف ومتطلبات كل منصة.
إدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي
- جدولة ونشر المحتوى عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي ذات الصلة بما يتماشى مع خطة الاتصال الخاصة بالمشروع.
- مراقبة المقاييس المتعلقة بالتفاعل واقتراح استراتيجيات لتحسين الوصول إلى الجمهور وزيادة التفاعل.
تناسق العلامة التجارية
- ضمان أن جميع المحتويات تتماشى مع إرشادات العلامة التجارية للمشروع ورسائله.
- التعاون مع فريق المشروع لفهم الرسائل الأساسية والأولويات لكل نشاط.
التصوير والتوثيق
- حضور الأنشطة والفعاليات الخاصة بالمشروع وتوثيقها عبر الصور والفيديوهات.
- تنظيم وصيانة مكتبة رقمية من المواد البصرية للاستخدام المستقبلي.
التقارير والتنسيق
- تقديم تقارير حول أداء المحتوى وتقديم توصيات للتحسين.
- التنسيق مع أعضاء الفريق لضمان تسليم المحتوى في الوقت المحدد وتوافقه مع أهداف المشروع.
المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة
الأساسية:
- خبرة مثبتة في إنشاء المحتوى، التصوير الفوتوغرافي، وإدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- إتقان أدوات التصميم مثل Canva أو Adobe Photoshop أو أي برامج مشابهة.
- فهم قوي لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، الاتجاهات، وأدوات التحليل.
- مهارات تصوير ممتازة ومهارات أساسية في تحرير الفيديو.
- مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفهية قوية باللغات المطلوبة.
المستحبة:
- خبرة في العمل على مشاريع تنموية أو إنسانية.
- معرفة استراتيجيات المحتوى للمنظمات غير الربحية أو المجتمعية.
- إلمام بحكاية القصص الرقمية وتقنيات التفاعل مع الجمهور.

Job Description
Position Summary
The Content Creator will be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms to promote activities and initiatives related to the project. This includes designing posts, taking photos during activities, and ensuring consistent branding and messaging. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Develop and design creative content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and videos, to highlight project activities and achievements.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos during project events and activities to use in promotional content.
- Write engaging captions and descriptions tailored to target audiences and platform-specific requirements.
Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish content across relevant social media platforms in line with the project’s communication plan.
- Monitor engagement metrics and suggest strategies to improve audience reach and interaction.
Brand Consistency
- Ensure all content aligns with the project’s branding guidelines and messaging.
- Collaborate with the project team to understand key messages and priorities for each activity.
Photography and Documentation
- Attend project activities and events to document them through photos and videos.
- Organize and maintain a digital library of visual assets for future use.
Reporting and Coordination
- Report on content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely content delivery and alignment with project objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- Proven experience in content creation, photography, and social media management.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Excellent photography and basic video editing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in required languages.
Desirable
- Experience working on development or humanitarian projects.
- Knowledge of content strategies for non-profit or community-based organizations.
- Familiarity with digital storytelling and audience engagement techniques.
