مُلخص الوظيفة
سيتولى عامل التوعية مسؤولية تسهيل جلسات الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي الجماعية (PSS) لتلبية احتياجات الأفراد العاطفية والاجتماعية والنفسية. كما سيقوم بتسهيل جلسات توعية بالصحة النفسية لتعريف المجتمعات بقضايا الصحة النفسية وتقليل وصمة العار المرتبطة بها. يتطلب هذا الدور التعاون مع المنظمات المجتمعية، الوكالات، والمجتمعات المحلية لتعزيز خدمات الدعم والمناصرة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
تيسير جلسات الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي
- تسهيل جلسات دعم نفسي واجتماعي للمجموعات لتلبية احتياجات الأفراد في المجال العاطفي والاجتماعي والنفسي.
- تقديم جلسات توعية بالصحة النفسية للتعريف بأهمية الصحة النفسية والعمل على تقليل وصمة العار المجتمعية المتعلقة بها.
التعاون مع المنظمات المجتمعية
- التعاون مع المنظمات المجتمعية والوكالات المعنية لتعزيز تقديم الخدمات وتحقيق أهداف المناصرة.
- تحضير وتقارير منتظمة عن أنشطة البرنامج، التقدم المحرز، والآثار الناتجة.
إعداد التقارير والمتابعة
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير دورية عن الأنشطة التي تم تنفيذها ومدى تأثيرها على المستفيدين.
المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة
المؤهلات الأساسية:
- درجة بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي، علم النفس، الإرشاد أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل ولكن ليس ضرورياً).
- خبرة في العمل الاجتماعي أو الصحة النفسية أو التوعية المجتمعية أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
- الخبرة السابقة في إجراء التقييمات وتقديم خدمات الدعم هي ميزة إضافية.
- فهم قوي لمبادئ التقييم الضعيف والدعم النفسي الاجتماعي.
المهارات المطلوبة:
- مهارات تواصل بين الأشخاص ممتازة.
- مهارات تنظيم وحل المشكلات قوية.
- التعاطف، والرحمة، والالتزام بالعدالة الاجتماعية.

Job Description
Position Summary
The Outreach Worker will be responsible for facilitating group psychosocial support (PSS) sessions to address emotional, social, and psychological needs. They will also facilitate mental health awareness sessions to educate communities on mental health issues and reduce stigma. The role involves collaborating with community organizations, agencies, and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and advocacy efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate PSS Sessions
- Facilitate group psychosocial support sessions to address the emotional, social, and psychological needs of individuals.
- Conduct mental health awareness sessions to educate communities on mental health issues and reduce stigma.
Collaboration with Community Organizations
- Collaborate with community organizations, agencies, and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and advocacy efforts.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on program activities, progress, and impact.
Reporting and Follow-Up
- Prepare and submit regular reports on program activities and the impact of interventions.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience in social work, mental health, community outreach, or related fields.
- Previous experience in conducting assessments and providing support services is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability assessment and psychosocial support principles.
