التفاصيل الوظيفية:

يقدم مدير/ة الحالة في مجال حماية الأطفال الدعم الكامل للأطفال في وضعيات خطرة، حيث يقوم بتحديد الأطفال المعرضين للخطر أو الأطفال الذين تعرضوا للأذى. ويتولى المتقدم لهذه الوظيفة مجموعة من المهام الوظيفية الأساسية التي تتضمن:

1. تنفيذ المهام:

   • زيارة المنازل عند الضرورة والتأكد من تلبية احتياجات الأطفال.
   • تحديد الأطفال المعرضين للخطر أو الناجين من الحوادث.
   • إجراء تقييمات وتحديد أولويات الحالات بناءً على مستوى الخطر.
   • توفير إدارة الحالة الفردية للأطفال وفقاً للخطوات والإجراءات المحددة.
   • تطوير خطط حالة تستجيب لاحتياجات الأطفال، وأذى الأسرة، وتعزز من قدرات الأسرة والطفل.
   • تقديم مساعدات نقدية طارئة للأطفال الأكثر ضعفًا وفقًا للمعايير المحددة.
   • متابعة وتقييم الحالات وفقًا للجدول الزمني المحدد.
   • المشاركة في الأنشطة الترفيهية والاجتماعية عند الحاجة.

2. التعاون والتنسيق:

   • التنسيق مع أعضاء فريق حماية الطفل الآخرين والعاملين في المركز لضمان نهج شامل.
   • المشاركة في الاجتماعات التنسيقية الأسبوعية لمناقشة الحالات.
   • العمل مع شركاء مختلفين لضمان تدفق المعلومات بشكل سليم وفعال في المجتمع المحلي.

3. التوثيق وإعداد التقارير:

   • ضمان توثيق جميع الحالات بشكل دقيق وفقًا للإجراءات المتبعة.
   • إعداد تقارير أسبوعية تضمن التحليل والاتجاهات والمقترحات.
   • الالتزام بالبروتوكولات المتعلقة بحماية البيانات وتقارير المشاركين.

4. مسؤوليات أخرى:

   • المشاركة في ورش العمل والدورات التدريبية لتطوير المهارات.
   • المساهمة في تطوير الوثائق الفنية والتقارير.

Job Title: Child Protection Case Manager
Location: Mount Lebanon – Metn – Sin El Fil, Lebanon

Salary Range: Between $1200 and $1500 USD

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
Experience Required: Between 2 to 3 years

• Arabic: Fluent
• English: Fluent
• French: Good

Job Responsibilities:

The Child Protection Case Manager will provide comprehensive support to children in high-risk situations. The role includes a variety of essential tasks, including:

1. Implementation Tasks:

   • Conduct home visits when necessary to assess children's needs.
   • Identify children at risk or survivors and receive referrals for case management.
   • Perform assessments and prioritize cases based on the level of risk.
   • Provide individual case management for children according to established steps, tools, and procedures.
   • Develop case plans that address the child’s needs and harm, building on the strengths of the family and child.
   • Provide emergency cash assistance for the most vulnerable children according to established criteria and internal procedures.
   • Monitor, follow up, and review cases based on established timelines.
   • Participate in recreational, psychosocial, and awareness activities when requested.

2. Collaboration and Coordination:

   • Coordinate with other child protection team members, center staff, and local stakeholders to ensure an integrated approach.
   • Participate in regular case discussions and coordination meetings to improve service quality.
   • Collaborate with all partners to ensure proper referral pathways and build a network with other stakeholders in the field.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

   • Ensure proper documentation of case management forms in line with guidelines and protocols.
   • Follow Data Protection Protocols and Information Sharing Agreements while preparing and submitting reports.
   • Write weekly reports that compile case data, analyze trends, identify challenges, and provide recommendations.
   • Provide weekly updates to the supervisor, outlining progress on cases and activities.

4. Other Responsibilities:

   • Actively participate in all mandatory training and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
   • Contribute to the development of technical documents, presentations, reports, and document achievements.
