المهام والمسؤوليات الأساسية لمدير/ة المشروع:

• إدارة المشروع:

  • الإشراف على التخطيط والتنفيذ ومتابعة التقييم لتحقيق أهداف المشروع.
  • مراقبة الالتزام بالميزانية وإدارة الموارد المالية لضمان التنفيذ الفعال.

• إدارة الفريق:

  • توظيف وتطوير فريق العمل، وضمان تدريبهم ومتابعة أدائهم.
  • عقد اجتماعات دورية لمراجعة سير العمل ومناقشة الأولويات.

• الإبلاغ والتوثيق:

  • إعداد تقارير مفصلة حول تقدم المشروع، تشمل التأثيرات والتوصيات المستقبلية.
  • ضمان جمع الوثائق الداعمة بشكل كامل ودقيق لتقارير المشروع.

• التنسيق والتمثيل:

  • حضور الاجتماعات التنسيقية مع الجهات المانحة والشركاء.
  • دعم المدير التنفيذي في تنفيذ استراتيجيات التعاون مع الشركاء المحليين والدوليين.

المتطلبات المهنية:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع الإنسانية.
• مهارات قوية في إدارة الميزانية والموارد المالية.
• معرفة عميقة بالسياقات الإنسانية وخاصة الحماية الاجتماعية.
• مهارات ممتازة في الكتابة والتوثيق، مع إتقان استخدام برامج الحاسوب.
