- المؤهل المطلوب: بكالوريوس في الاتصال أو الإعلام أو التسويق الرقمي أو أي مجال ذي صلة
- مكان العمل: طرابلس، شمال لبنان
- الخبرة المطلوبة: بين 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال الإعلام أو الاتصالات
متطلبات اللغة:
- اللغة العربية: مستوى احترافي
- اللغة الإنجليزية: مستوى احترافي
- اللغة الفرنسية: مستوى مبتدئ
مهام الوظيفة الأساسية:
1. تطوير المحتوى الإعلامي:
- إنتاج مواد متعددة الوسائط مثل الفيديوهات والبروشورات لدعم حملات التوعية.
- تصميم مواد تعليمية وإعلانية تتماشى مع أهداف المشروع ومعايير الجهات المانحة.
- كتابة وتحرير القصص الناجحة والتقارير الصحفية.
2. إدارة العلامة التجارية والظهور الإعلامي:
- الإشراف على تصميم وتوزيع المواد الترويجية مثل اللافتات والملصقات.
- ضمان توافق جميع المواد مع إرشادات العلامة التجارية.
3. العلاقات الإعلامية:
- إدارة العلاقات مع وسائل الإعلام المحلية والوطنية لضمان التغطية الإيجابية.
- تنظيم الفعاليات الصحفية والجولات الإعلامية.
4. الاتصال الرقمي ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي:
- تطوير وإدارة محتوى منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
- تحليل البيانات الرقمية لتحسين استراتيجيات الاتصال.
5. توثيق الأنشطة وإعداد التقارير:
- الاحتفاظ بأرشيف منظم لجميع المواد الإعلامية.
- المساهمة في التقارير الخاصة بالجهات المانحة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- بكالوريوس في الاتصال، الإعلام، أو التسويق الرقمي.
- خبرة بين 2 و3 سنوات في الاتصالات أو الإعلام.
- إتقان برامج التصميم والتحرير (مثل Adobe Photoshop وIllustrator).
- مهارات كتابية متميزة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

Language Proficiency:
- Arabic: Fluent

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Development:
- Develop and produce multimedia materials such as videos and brochures to support awareness campaigns.
- Design educational and promotional materials aligned with project goals and donor branding.
- Write and edit success stories, press releases, and reports highlighting project achievements.
2. Visibility and Branding:
- Oversee the design, production, and distribution of promotional materials such as banners and posters.
- Ensure compliance with branding and donor visibility guidelines.
3. Media Relations:
- Build relationships with local and national media outlets to ensure positive coverage.
- Organize press events and media visits to promote the project's success.
4. Digital Communication & Social Media:
- Manage social media platforms and ensure consistent and engaging messaging.
- Monitor and analyze digital engagement to optimize outreach strategies.
5. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain an organized archive of all communication materials.
- Contribute to donor reports with updates on communication activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Media Studies, or Digital Marketing.
- 2–3 years of experience in media, communications, or public relations.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong writing and editing skills in both Arabic and English.
