المؤهلات المطلوبة
- التعليم:

- الخبرة: خبرة عملية من 1 إلى 2 سنة.
- اللغات:
- اللغة العربية: بطلاقة.
- اللغة الإنجليزية: مستوى جيد جدًا.
- اللغة الفرنسية: غير مطلوبة.
الوصف الوظيفي
- تنفيذ الأنشطة التفاعلية للأطفال الذين يرافقون أولياء أمورهم خلال الجلسات باستخدام تقنيات متنوعة مثل:
- الألعاب.
- رواية القصص.
- الحرف اليدوية.
- المسرح.
- الدمى.
- ألعاب التركيب (Lego) وغيرها.
- ضمان تنفيذ الأنشطة في أماكن مناسبة تتوافق مع المعايير الدنيا.
- التأكد من أن الأطفال لا يتعرضون لأي شكل من أشكال الأذى أو الإجهاد أثناء الأنشطة، وأنهم يشعرون بالأمان والاحترام.
- التفاعل الإيجابي مع الأطفال وتشجيعهم على اللعب والمشاركة.
- ضمان مشاركة الأطفال في الأنشطة بطريقة غير تمييزية تتناسب مع أعمارهم وجنسهم.
- الالتزام باحترام سياسة الحماية الخاصة بالأطفال ومدونة السلوك الداخلية للمنظمة.

Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in livelihoods within humanitarian or recovery contexts.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Languages:
- Arabic: Fluent.
- English: Very good.
- French: Not required.
Job Description
- Implement interactive activities for children accompanying their caregivers during sessions using methods such as:
- Games.
- Storytelling.
- Handcrafts.
- Theater.
- Puppets.
- Lego and other relevant techniques.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in appropriate locations, adhering to minimum standards.
- Make sure children are not exposed to harm or stress during activities and feel safe and respected.
- Positively interact with children, encouraging them to play and participate.
- Ensure the participation of children in a non-discriminatory, age-sensitive, and gender-sensitive manner.
- Abide by the organization's internal code of conduct and child protection/safeguarding policy.
