الوصف الوظيفي:
جمعية الأخوة للعمل الثقافي والاجتماعي، بتمويل من اليونيسف وبالشراكة مع مؤسسة التعاون، تُعلن عن حاجتها لمربية أطفال متخصصة في اللغة الإنجليزية ضمن برنامج الطفولة المبكرة في مخيم برج البراجنة – بيروت. يهدف البرنامج إلى تعزيز التعليم المبكر للأطفال من عمر 3 إلى 5 سنوات، ويتطلب من المرشح/ة للعمل أن تكون على دراية بالأساليب التعليمية الحديثة والقدرة على التعامل مع الأطفال.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- التعليم: حاصلة على إجازة في اللغة الإنجليزية.
- الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في العمل مع الأطفال من عمر 3 إلى 5 سنوات.
- اللغات: إجادة تامة للغة العربية والإنجليزية، مع مهارات قوية في التحدث، الكتابة والعرض التقديمي.
- المهارات التقنية: إجادة استخدام أجهزة الكمبيوتر وتطبيقات Microsoft مثل Word و Excel و Outlook.
- السمات الشخصية: شخصية إبداعية وديناميكية قادرة على التعامل مع الأطفال بطرق تعليمية مبتكرة.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- اتباع طرق التدريس الحديثة واستخدام المنصات التعليمية والبرامج الأساسية.
- تحديد الأطفال الذين يحتاجون إلى دعم إضافي أو رعاية خاصة.
- إعداد الدروس اليومية مع تحديد الأهداف والأنشطة المناسبة.
- تنفيذ ما يتم تعلمه من دورات تدريبية في العمل التعليمي والتربوي.
- التواصل الإيجابي مع أولياء الأمور وتعزيز دور الأسرة في التنشئة الاجتماعية.
- تطبيق سياسة حماية الطفل والالتزام بجميع بنودها لمنع أي شكل من أشكال العنف أو الاستغلال.
- الالتزام بالمبادئ التوجيهية الخاصة بالعمل مع الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
تفاصيل الوظيفة:
- مدة العمل: من 2 كانون الثاني 2025 حتى 16 تموز 2025، مع فترة تجريبية لمدة ثلاثة أشهر.
- الراتب: 400 دولار شهريًا.
- الدوام: من يوم الإثنين إلى الجمعة، من الساعة 7:00 صباحًا حتى 2:30 ظهرًا.

Job Description:
Fraternity Association for Cultural and Social Work, funded by UNICEF and in partnership with the Cooperation Foundation, announces a job opening for an English-speaking Childcare Educator under its Early Childhood Program at the Burj al-Barajneh Camp in Beirut. The program aims to promote early childhood education for children aged 3 to 5 years, and the candidate will be expected to be knowledgeable in modern educational methods and adept at working with children.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in English.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with children aged 3 to 5 years.
- Languages: Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with strong speaking, writing, and presentation skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Personal Traits: Creative and dynamic personality capable of interacting with children using innovative teaching methods.
Responsibilities:
- Follow modern teaching methods and effectively use educational platforms and essential programs.
