الوصف الوظيفي:

الهدف من الوظيفة:
المدير/ة للمشروع سيكون مسؤولاً عن تصميم وتحضير وتنفيذ جميع أنشطة المشروع ضمن الإطار الزمني المحدد، وضمان التنسيق بين الشركاء المعنيين، بالإضافة إلى دعم عمليات البحث والتحليل للسياقات المحلية. كما سيتعاون مع فرق العمل المختلفة في لبنان لضمان تنفيذ الأنشطة وفقاً للخطط المتفق عليها.

المسؤوليات:

1. تنفيذ المشروع:

   • دعم تصميم وتحضير وتنفيذ جميع أنشطة المشروع.
   • متابعة تقدم الأنشطة وضمان تنسيقها مع الإطار المنطقي للمشروع.
   • التنسيق مع الشركاء في المشروع (مثل WZB و GIZ) وضمان التنسيق مع زملاء في مشروع ACE الممول من GIZ.
   • دعم المشاركة الفعالة للأطراف المعنية في مختلف المناطق اللبنانية.
   • التأكد من توثيق الأنشطة بشكل صحيح باللغة العربية والإنكليزية وإعداد تقارير الأنشطة.
   • المساهمة في إعداد تقارير المانحين وكتابة المقترحات.
   • إجراء أبحاث وتحليلات للسياق ودعم إعداد الأوراق الخلفية والمواد التدريبية.
   • دعم التنسيق فيما يتعلق بالمالية واللوجستيات والإدارة.

2. الدعم التحريري:

   • توفير الدعم التحريري والتنسيق وتصميم المنشورات والمستندات المتعلقة بالمشروع.
   • التنسيق مع قسم الاتصال في برلين لتطوير المواد الإعلامية.

3. التنسيق الداخلي:

   • التعاون الوثيق مع موظفي برغوف في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، خاصة مع قسم المتابعة والتقييم.
   • دعم عمليات المتابعة والتقييم وفقاً للتدريب الداخلي وتنسيق مع رئيس المكتب.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• التعليم:
  درجة بكالوريوس في العلوم السياسية، دراسات السلام أو مجالات ذات صلة أو خبرة عمل ذات صلة في المشاريع التنموية.

• الخبرة المهنية:

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع و/أو البحث في مجالات بناء السلام/الحوار/تحول الصراعات.
  • خبرة في العمل مع البلديات ومشاريع التنمية المحلية والتماسك الاجتماعي ضمن فريق عمل أكبر في لبنان.
  • مهارات تقارير ممتازة.
  • معرفة واسعة بالسياق الاجتماعي والسياسي في لبنان.
  • خبرة في المتابعة والتقييم والتعلم من المشاريع.

• مهارات اللغة:

  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفوي والكتابي باللغتين العربية والإنكليزية.

• مهارات إضافية:

  • قدرة قوية على العمل التعاوني ضمن فريق وكذلك بشكل مستقل.
  • فضول وتعاطف، مع مهارات تواصل بين ثقافات متنوعة.
  • إجادة استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office (Word، Excel، PowerPoint، Teams).

المعلومات الإضافية:

• يتطلب الدور السفر المتكرر إلى مواقع المشروع في مناطق البقاع، جنوب بعلبك، حاصبيا، ومناطق جبل لبنان.
• يجب على المرشح الناجح أن يظهر التزامه بمبدأ حساسية الصراع، شمولية الجنس، ومبدأ “عدم التسبب في الأذى” في جميع أنشطة المشروع.

Job Description:

The Project Manager will be responsible for the design, preparation, and implementation of all project activities within the designated timeframe. They will ensure coordination with partners and support research and context analysis for local regions in Lebanon.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Implementation:

   • Support in designing, preparing, and implementing all project activities.
   • Monitor and ensure progress of activities in alignment with the project log frame.
   • Liaise with project partners (such as WZB and GIZ) and coordinate with colleagues from the GIZ-funded ACE project.
   • Support stakeholder engagement across different Lebanese regions.
   • Ensure proper documentation of activities in both Arabic and English and reporting.
   • Assist with donor reporting and proposal writing.
   • Conduct research and context analysis, supporting the creation of background papers and training materials.
   • Support coordination on financial, logistical, and administrative matters.

2. Editorial Support:

   • Provide editorial and design support for project publications and documents.
   • Coordinate with the communications department in Berlin for developing communication materials.

3. Internal Coordination:

   • Work closely with the BF MENA staff, particularly the MEL department.
   • Provide support for monitoring and evaluation based on internal BF training and in coordination with the Head of Office.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
  A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Peace Studies, or related fields, or relevant work experience in development projects.

• Professional Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management and/or research in peacebuilding/dialogue/conflict transformation.
  • Relevant experience working with municipalities and local development projects within a larger team in Lebanon.
  • Excellent reporting skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Lebanese social and political context.
  • Experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning of projects.

• Language Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

• Additional Skills:

  • Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Curiosity and empathy with excellent intercultural communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Additional Information:

• Frequent travel to project locations in the Beqaa, South Baalbek, Hasbaya, and Mount Lebanon regions is required.
• The successful candidate must demonstrate commitment to conflict sensitivity, gender inclusivity, and the “do no harm” principle in all project activities.
