المؤهلات التعليمية: بكالوريوس في التعليم، الطفولة المبكرة، التعليم الابتدائي أو شهادة ذات صلة.
الخبرة المطلوبة: بين 3 سنوات و5 سنوات.

الوصف الوظيفي
تعلن جمعية Ana Aqra عن حاجتها لتوظيف معلمين/ت جميع المواد للانضمام إلى فريقها لتقديم دعم تعليمي يهدف إلى تحسين فرص التعلم للأطفال وتعزيز قدراتهم الأكاديمية. الوظيفة تستهدف العمل في مركز تعليمي ضمن بيئة تعليمية شاملة ومتكاملة.
المهام والمسؤوليات الأساسية
1. التدريب والتخطيط
- حضور تدريب مكثف لمدة خمسة أيام حول جودة التعليم والتعلم.
- إعداد وتخطيط الدروس لتناسب جميع الطلاب في الصف أو التعليم عن بعد.
- تطوير خطط عمل يومية ودروس تعليمية تناسب احتياجات الطلاب.
- تحديد أهداف واضحة لجميع الأنشطة التعليمية.
2. تنفيذ الأنشطة التعليمية
- تجهيز الصفوف الدراسية أو المواد التعليمية اللازمة للتعليم عن بعد.
- تقديم الدروس بما يتناسب مع احتياجات وقدرات الطلاب الفردية والجماعية.
- استخدام مواد تعليمية متنوعة لتحفيز النشاط التعليمي.
- إنشاء بيئة تعليمية شاملة تدعم الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
3. تقييم ودعم الطلاب
- ملاحظة وتقييم أداء وتطور الطلاب.
- تقديم تغذية راجعة مناسبة عن تقدم الطلاب ومستواهم الأكاديمي.
- تشجيع ومراقبة التقدم العام والرفاهية للطلاب.
- تسجيل ومراقبة حضور الطلاب وتوثيق الأداء والسلوك.
4. دعم إضافي ومهام إدارية
- تقديم الدعم والمشورة للطلاب الذين يواجهون مشاكل أكاديمية أو سلوكية.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات أولياء الأمور والمعلمين.
- التواصل بانتظام مع مسؤول التعليم والشمول حول احتياجات وتقدم الطلاب.
المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة
- درجة بكالوريوس في التعليم، الطفولة المبكرة أو الابتدائي، أو شهادة تعليمية ذات صلة.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال التدريس.
- إتقان ممتاز للغة العربية، بالإضافة إلى الإنجليزية أو الفرنسية.
الكفاءات:
- مهارات اتصال مميزة.
- فهم عميق لتطور الطفل وشخصية متعاطفة وداعمة.
- شخصية ودودة ومبادرة.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
- مهارات التفكير النقدي (كتابي وشفهي).
- تحمل الضغوط والمرونة في العمل.
ظروف العمل
- التواجد الميداني في المركز التعليمي أغلب الوقت.
- العمل وفق جدول محدد يشمل أيام الأسبوع وأيام عطلة نهاية الأسبوع.
- العمل في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.

Job Description
Ana Aqra Association seeks Teachers (All Subjects) to join its team in delivering retention support programs aimed at enhancing students’ learning outcomes and academic achievements. The position involves working within a supportive, inclusive, and multicultural educational environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Training and Planning
- Attend a 5-day Quality Teaching and Learning training program.
- Plan and prepare lessons tailored to meet the needs of all students, either in class or remotely.
- Develop daily schemes of work and lesson plans.
- Set and communicate clear objectives for learning activities.
2. Teaching and Implementation
- Prepare classrooms or instructional materials for remote teaching.
- Deliver lessons aligned with the educational needs of individual students and groups.
- Use diverse educational resources to facilitate active learning.
- Foster an inclusive learning environment for students with special needs.
3. Student Evaluation and Support
- Monitor and evaluate students' performance and development.
- Provide constructive feedback on students’ progress.
- Encourage and monitor the general well-being of students.
- Record and report attendance, performance, and behavior.
4. Additional Duties and Administrative Tasks
- Support students with academic or behavioral challenges.
- Participate in teacher-parent meetings.
- Regularly communicate student progress and needs to the Education/Inclusion Officer.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience.
- Proficiency in Arabic, along with English or French.
