Scope of Service:
The Job Training AmeriCorps will deliver educational services to enhance client capacity in securing and retaining employment while achieving economic self-sufficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and update existing job training curriculum.
- Conduct vocational training courses, including ESL, cultural orientation, mock interviews, resume creation, and job skills sessions.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and client files.
- Administer pre- and post-assessments and document results.
- Ensure timely collection and documentation of eligibility and reporting data.
- Regularly follow up with clients and maintain detailed case notes.
- Participate in program meetings and professional development activities.
- Assist in onboarding volunteers and interns as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in adult education, ESL teaching, or workforce development.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English. Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Must commit to at least 1,700 hours of service.
Working Environment:
- A combination of standard office settings and fieldwork within the service area.
- Evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Living allowance of $18,700 annually.
- $7,395 education award upon completing 1,700 service hours.

- متابعة تقدم العملاء بانتظام وتسجيل جميع الاتصالات والملاحظات.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات الدورية والأنشطة التطويرية.
- المساعدة في تدريب المتطوعين والمتدربين الجدد عند الحاجة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- خبرة في التعليم للكبار، تدريس الإنجليزية كلغة ثانية، أو التطوير المهني.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية قراءة وكتابة، ومعرفة لغة أخرى سائدة ضمن مجتمع العملاء تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.
- امتلاك رخصة قيادة ومواصلات موثوقة.
- إجادة استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- الالتزام بتقديم 1700 ساعة خدمة على الأقل.
بيئة العمل:
- الجمع بين بيئة المكتب التقليدية والعمل الميداني.
