الوصف الوظيفي:

تعلن جمعية آنا أقرا عن حاجتها إلى معلمين/ات لجميع المواد للعمل في مشروع “دعم الاستبقاء” (Retention Support). يتضمن العمل تخطيط الدروس، إعدادها، وتقديمها للطلاب سواء كان ذلك شخصياً أو عن بُعد. كما يتضمن تقديم أنشطة تعليمية متعددة وتهيئة بيئة تعليمية شاملة للعمل مع الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.

المسؤوليات والمهام:

• حضور تدريب مدته خمسة أيام حول “التدريس عالي الجودة والتعلم”.
• تخطيط وتحضير وتقديم الدروس للطلاب في الصف أو عن بُعد لتعزيز بيئة تعليمية تفاعلية.
• تطوير خطط عمل وتخطيط دروس يومية سواء وجهاً لوجه أو عن بُعد.
• تحديد أهداف واضحة لجميع الأنشطة التعليمية.
• إعداد الفصول الدراسية أو تحضير المواد التعليمية للتعليم عن بُعد.
• التدريس بناءً على احتياجات وقدرات وإنجازات الطلاب الفردية.
• تقديم مجموعة متنوعة من المواد التعليمية والموارد لاستخدامها في الأنشطة التعليمية.
• إنشاء بيئة تعليمية شاملة للعمل مع الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
• تحديد واختيار الموارد والأساليب التعليمية المناسبة لتلبية احتياجات الطلاب المختلفة.
• مراقبة وتقييم أداء الطلاب وتطورهم.
• تقديم تعليقات مناسبة على الأعمال الطلابية.
• تشجيع ومتابعة تقدم ورفاهية الطلاب بشكل فردي.
• تقييم مهارات الطلاب في الدروس الوجاهية/الافتراضية وتسجيل التقدم والتطور والسلوك.
• التعرف على الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة والإبلاغ عنهم لموظف التعليم/الإدماج.
• إدارة سلوك الطلاب في الفصول الدراسية الوجاهية/الافتراضية من خلال وضع القواعد وتنفيذها.
• أداء بعض المهام الرعائية بما في ذلك دعم الطلاب وتوجيههم الأكاديمي والتعامل مع المشكلات السلوكية.
• المشاركة في الاجتماعات المدرسية مع المعلمين وأولياء الأمور.
• التواصل بشكل منتظم مع موظف التعليم/الإدماج بخصوص تقدم واحتياجات الطلاب.
• تسجيل وحضور الطلاب الذين تحت رعايته.

المؤهلات والخبرة واللغة:

• درجة بكالوريوس في التربية أو الطفولة المبكرة أو شهادة تدريس أو درجة ذات صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمعلم.
• إجادة اللغة العربية، الفرنسية أو الإنجليزية.

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
• موقف رقيق وفهم قوي لتطور الطفل.
• شخصية مرحة واهتمام قوي برعاية الأطفال.
• تحفيز ذاتي.
• القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.

شروط العمل:

• يتطلب من المعلم التواجد في الميدان معظم الوقت في مركز التعلم.
• العمل وفق جدول زمني محدد قد يشمل أيام الأسبوع وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع.
• العمل في بيئات متعددة الثقافات.

Job Description:

Ana Aqra Association is looking for Teachers (All Subjects) for the “Retention Support” project. The role involves lesson planning, preparation, and delivery to students both in-person and remotely. Additionally, it includes providing various educational activities and creating an inclusive learning environment to work with children with special needs.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Attend a five-day Quality Teaching and Learning training.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons to all students in the class or remotely to foster interactive learning experiences.
• Develop daily work schemes and lesson plans for both face-to-face and remote teaching.
• Establish clear learning objectives for all activities.
• Prepare classrooms or instructional materials for remote teaching.
• Teach based on the educational needs, abilities, and achievements of individual students.
• Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities.
• Create an inclusive learning environment for children with special needs.
• Identify and select different instructional resources and methods to meet students' varying needs.
• Observe and evaluate students' performance and development.
• Provide appropriate feedback on students’ work.
• Encourage, monitor, and promote the general progress and wellbeing of individual students.
• Assess learners’ skills in face-to-face/virtual classes, recording and reporting their development, progress, attainment, and behavior.
• Identify students with special needs and report to the Education/Inclusive Officer.
• Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures.
• Perform pastoral duties including student support, counseling students with academic and behavioral problems, and providing encouragement.
• Participate in school, teacher, and parent meetings.
• Regularly communicate necessary information to the Education/Inclusive Officer regarding student progress and needs.
• Register and monitor the attendance of students under your care.

Qualifications, Experience & Language:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood, Elementary, or related teaching qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a teacher.
• Excellent Arabic, French, or English language skills.
