الوصف الوظيفي:

تسعى منظمة الحركة الاجتماعية لتوظيف مسؤول حماية ميداني في منطقة بدارو. سيكون المسؤول عن تنسيق وتنفيذ وتخطيط وتوفير ضمان الجودة لأنشطة الدعم النفسي الأولي (PFA) والدعم النفسي الاجتماعي (PSS). يتضمن الدور التنسيق مع العاملين الاجتماعيين والمشاركين ومنسق المشروع لضمان تنفيذ فعال لدورات تدريب المدربين (ToT)، الجلسات المجتمعية، ومتابعة البيانات.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. مراجعة وتحقق من المستفيدين:

   • مراجعة وتحقق من قائمة المستفيدين من الدورات التدريبية (PFA/PSS ToT) لضمان دقتها وملاءمتها.
   • التنسيق مع فريق التوعية لحل أي تناقضات أو فجوات في قائمة المستفيدين.

2. الإشراف على الدورات التدريبية والتقارير:

   • الإشراف على تنفيذ الدورات التدريبية (PFA/PSS ToT) لضمان تطابقها مع الإرشادات والأهداف المحددة للمشروع.
   • إجراء زيارات ميدانية منتظمة لمراقبة جودة وتقديم الدورات التدريبية.
   • إعداد تقارير مفصلة عن تقدم الدورة، التحديات، والنتائج لمنسق المشروع.

3. الإشراف على الجلسات المجتمعية:

   • الإشراف على تقديم جلسات PFA/PSS للمجتمع المحلي، وضمان توافقها مع أهداف المشروع.
   • تقديم الإرشادات للعاملين الاجتماعيين للحفاظ على جودة وملاءمة محتوى الجلسات.
   • متابعة منتظمة مع العاملين الاجتماعيين لضمان المراقبة الصحيحة، التوثيق، وتقديم الملاحظات على الجلسات.

4. إدارة البيانات والتقارير:

   • مراقبة عملية إدخال البيانات في الميدان لضمان دقتها واتساقها.
   • تحليل البيانات المجمعة لتحديد الاتجاهات والفجوات والمجالات التي تحتاج إلى تحسين.
   • إعداد تقارير بيانات شاملة لدعم اتخاذ القرارات المستندة إلى الأدلة بواسطة منسق المشروع.

المؤهلات:

• درجة بكالوريوس في علم النفس، العمل الاجتماعي، الدراسات الإنسانية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال دعم النفسي الأولي أو الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي أو العمل الإنساني المتعلق.
• مهارات قوية في الإشراف والتقارير مع اهتمام بالتفاصيل.
• إجادة أدوات جمع البيانات وتحليلها (مثل Excel، Kobo، أو برامج مشابهة).
• مهارات اتصال شخصية ممتازة مع القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وجماعي في بيئة ميدانية.
• إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا).

المهارات المفضلة:

• خبرة مثبتة في التدريب أو المبادرات لبناء القدرات، مثل ورشات تدريب المدربين أو جلسات التوعية المجتمعية.
• إلمام بأطر المراقبة والتقييم.
• معرفة قوية بالثقافة والديناميكيات المجتمعية المحلية، مما يسمح بتقديم دعم وبرمجة ملائمة.

Job Description:

Mouvements Social is seeking a Protection Field Officer for the Badaro area. This role will play a vital role in coordinating, implementing, quality assurance planning, supervising, and reporting on Psychological First Aid (PFA) and Psychosocial Support (PSS) activities. This involves close coordination with social workers, participants, and the project coordinator to ensure smooth execution of Training of Trainers (ToT) classes, community sessions, and data monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Beneficiary Review and Validation:

   • Review and validate the list of beneficiaries for PFA/PSS ToT classes, ensuring its accuracy and relevance.
   • Coordinate with the outreach team to resolve any discrepancies or gaps in the beneficiary list.

2. Class Supervision and Reporting:

   • Oversee the implementation of PFA/PSS ToT classes, ensuring they meet established project guidelines and objectives.
   • Conduct regular field visits to monitor the quality and delivery of training sessions.
   • Prepare detailed reports on the progress, challenges, and outcomes of the classes for the Project Coordinator.

3. Community Session Supervision:

   • Supervise the delivery of PFA/PSS sessions to community members, ensuring alignment with project goals.
   • Provide guidance to social workers to maintain the quality and relevance of session content.
   • Regularly follow up with social workers to ensure proper monitoring, documentation, and feedback on sessions.

4. Data Management and Reporting:

   • Monitor field data entry processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
   • Analyze collected data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
   • Compile comprehensive data reports to inform evidence-based decision-making by the Project Coordinator.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Humanitarian Studies, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in PFA/PSS programming or related humanitarian work.
• Strong supervisory and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data collection, entry, and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Kobo, or similar software).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a field setting.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Preferred Skills:

• Proven experience in training or capacity-building initiatives, such as ToT workshops or community awareness sessions.
• Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of local cultural and community dynamics for tailored support and programming.
