الوصف الوظيفي:
تسعى جمعية نبض للتنمية في لبنان إلى تعيين محاسب/ة للعمل ضمن فريقها في منطقة البقاع. سيكون المرشح المسؤول عن دعم موظف الشؤون المالية في التحضير للإغلاقات الشهرية والسنوية، بالإضافة إلى عدة مهام مالية وإدارية أخرى. تشمل المهام الرئيسية ما يلي:
- إعداد التقارير المالية: المساعدة في إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والسنوية، بما في ذلك التقارير المتعلقة بالجهات المانحة.
- إدارة الحسابات: معالجة قيود اليومية لضمان تسجيل المعاملات المالية بدقة، وإتمام التسوية الشهرية للبنك.
- المراجعة والتدقيق: مساعدة في إعداد متطلبات التدقيق المالي، وضمان أن جميع الوثائق المالية مدعومة ومعتمدة.
- التنسيق مع الجهات المانحة: دعم مسؤولي الميزانية في إعداد تقارير النفقات وفقًا للتواريخ والإرشادات التي تحددها الجهات المانحة.
- إدارة الحسابات البنكية: التعامل مع الحسابات البنكية والنفقات بشكل فعال لضمان التوازن الدقيق بين الحسابات.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة بكالوريوس في المحاسبة/البنوك والمالية أو ماجستير مع خبرة لا تقل عن سنة.
- من 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة العملية في مجال المحاسبة.
- إلمام جيد بالتقارير المالية، التسويات البنكية، وإعداد التقارير المتعلقة بالجهات المانحة.
- مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
- إجادة استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office.

Job Description:
Nabad Association is seeking an Accountant to join its team in the Bekaa region of Lebanon. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the finance officer with monthly and yearly closings and performing various financial and administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include:
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports, including reports related to donors.
- Account Management: Process journal entries to ensure all transactions are recorded and assist in completing monthly bank reconciliations.
- Audit and Review: Support the preparation of audit requirements and ensure that all financial documents are accurate, approved, and coded properly.
- Coordination with Donors: Assist budget holders in reporting expenditure according to donor timelines and guidelines.
- Bank Account Management: Efficiently manage banking accounts and balances to ensure proper financial tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Banking and Finance or Master's degree with at least one year of experience.
- 3 to 5 years of practical experience in accounting.
- Good knowledge of financial reporting, bank reconciliation, and donor-related reports.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
