الوصف الوظيفي:

تبحث منظمة الإغاثة الدولية عن سائقين ذوي كفاءة للانضمام إلى فريقها في بيروت. يتطلب هذا الدور قيادة سيارات المنظمة في جميع أنحاء لبنان، وضمان الالتزام التام بقوانين السير المحلية. سيكون السائق مسؤولاً عن نقل موظفي المنظمة والأفراد المخصصين إلى المواقع المختلفة، مع احترام قواعد المرور والسرعة المحددة.

المهام الرئيسية:

• نقل الموظفين إلى مواقع العمل حسب الحاجة، مع الالتزام بسرعات القيادة المحددة (ألا تتجاوز 100 كم/ساعة).
• استكمال سجل سير السيارة بشكل يومي وتقديمه إلى المشرف المباشر.
• التأكد من أن السيارة نظيفة دائمًا من الداخل والخارج، وضمان حالة السيارة الجيدة من حيث الإطارات والزيت والوقود.
• التنسيق مع المشرف المباشر بشأن أي احتياجات شخصية للمركبة.
• عدم استخدام الهاتف المحمول أثناء القيادة والتأكد من عدم تدخين أي شخص في السيارة.
• إبلاغ المشرف فوراً عن أي حادث أو احتياجات صيانة أو إصلاحات.
• الالتزام بسياسات المنظمة، خاصة فيما يتعلق بتناول الكحول والمخدرات أثناء ساعات العمل.

المتطلبات:

• رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في قيادة المركبات.
• إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
• القدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة المهام وتحت الضغط.
• الالتزام بقوانين المرور وتوجيهات السلامة.

Job Description:

Relief International is seeking qualified drivers to join its team in Beirut. This role requires driving the organization's vehicles across Lebanon and ensuring full compliance with local traffic laws. The driver will be responsible for transporting the organization's staff and assigned individuals to various locations, adhering to speed limits and other traffic regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport staff to work locations as needed, adhering to the specified speed limits (not exceeding 100 km/h).
• Complete the vehicle log daily and submit it to the direct supervisor.
• Ensure that the vehicle is always clean inside and out, and check the vehicle’s condition including tires, oil, fuel, and brakes.
• Coordinate with the supervisor regarding any personal requests for vehicle use.
• Ensure no mobile phone use while driving and no smoking inside the vehicle.
• Report immediately to the supervisor about any incidents, maintenance needs, or repairs.
• Adhere to the organization’s policies, especially those regarding alcohol and drugs during working hours.

Requirements:

• A valid driving license.
• At least one year of driving experience.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment under pressure.
• Adherence to traffic laws and safety regulations.
