الوصف الوظيفي:

يبحث قسم العمل وسبل العيش في منظمة كارِتاس لبنان عن مسؤول/ة ميداني للعمل في الجنوب (صور) لدعم تنفيذ المشاريع المختلفة. سيكون المسؤول الميداني هو نقطة الاتصال الأساسية مع السلطات المحلية والمجتمعات المستفيدة. يجب عليه/ها ضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بأنشطة ذات جودة عالية وفقاً للجدول الزمني المحدد وضمن الميزانية، مع الالتزام بالمعايير المطلوبة لتحقيق النتائج وفقًا لمتطلبات الجهات المانحة.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تنسيق الأنشطة الميدانية وزيارة المجتمعات المستفيدة تحت إشراف رئيس قسم العمل وسبل العيش.
• دعم تنفيذ وتقييم الأنشطة الميدانية وفقًا للخطط والأنظمة المعتمدة.
• إعداد خطط العمل وتنفيذها بعد مناقشة الاستراتيجيات مع رئيس القسم.
• المساهمة في التقييمات الميدانية وجمع البيانات بشكل منتظم.
• تقديم تقارير أسبوعية لرئيس القسم.
• متابعة تنفيذ الجدول الزمني والتأكد من تحقيق الأهداف والنتائج المرجوة.
• دعم وضع خطط تحسين سبل العيش الشخصية في حال الحاجة.
• إجراء التقييمات المستمرة لأداء الأنشطة وتأثير المشروع على المجتمع المحلي.
• دعم تنظيم مناقشات جماعية مع أصحاب المصلحة لعرض نتائج الأنشطة وإيجاد حلول للمشكلات الميدانية.
• المساهمة في تطوير موارد المشروع لضمان استدامته.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• درجة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو أي تخصص ذو صلة.
• مهارات تواصل وكتابة وتحليل ممتازة.
• خبرة من سنة إلى سنتين في مجال العمل الاجتماعي أو المشاريع الإنسانية.
• إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
• مهارات في استخدام برامج MS-Word و MS-Excel بمستوى متوسط.

Job Description:

Caritas Lebanon is seeking a Field Officer to support the implementation of ongoing projects in the South (Tyre). The Field Officer will be the main point of contact with local authorities, communities, and beneficiaries, ensuring that project activities are carried out effectively, on time, and in compliance with the budget and required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate field activities and conduct site visits under the supervision of the Head of Livelihoods and Development.
• Support the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of field activities.
• Propose and implement work plans in consultation with the Head of Livelihoods and Development.
• Participate in field assessments and data collection.
• Submit weekly reports to the Head of Livelihoods and Development.
• Implement schedules designed with the project coordinator and ensure project deliverables are achieved.
• Support livelihood improvement plans as needed.
• Conduct evaluations of project performance and its impact on the community.
• Facilitate group discussions with stakeholders to present project results and resolve field challenges.
• Assist in the development of resources for the sustainability of the project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in the field.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS-Word and MS-Excel.
