الوصف الوظيفي

تعلن جمعية Ana Aqra عن حاجتها إلى معلمين/معلمات لجميع المواد لدعم برنامج الاحتفاظ بالتعليم. الوظيفة تشمل العمل مع الأطفال وتقديم الدعم التعليمي، سواء في الصفوف أو عن بُعد.

المهام والمسؤوليات الأساسية

1. تدريب وتعليم عالي الجودة:

   • المشاركة في تدريب لمدة خمسة أيام حول جودة التعليم والتعلّم.
   • إعداد وتخطيط وتقديم دروس فعّالة للطلاب في الصفوف أو عن بُعد.

2. التخطيط والتحضير:

   • تطوير خطط عمل ودروس يومية تُلبي احتياجات الطلاب.
   • تجهيز الصفوف أو المواد التعليمية اللازمة للتعليم عن بُعد.

3. تنفيذ الأنشطة التعليمية:

   • تقديم تعليم مخصص يلائم احتياجات الطلاب المختلفة.
   • توفير موارد تعليمية متنوعة لتعزيز التجربة التعليمية.
   • خلق بيئة تعليمية شاملة للأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.

4. تقييم ودعم الطلاب:

   • مراقبة وتقييم أداء الطلاب وتطورهم.
   • تقديم التغذية الراجعة المناسبة حول أعمالهم ومهاراتهم.
   • تحديد الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وإبلاغ ضابط التعليم/الإدماج.

5. إدارة السلوك:

   • إدارة سلوك الطلاب في الصفوف أو التعليم عن بُعد وفق قواعد وإجراءات محددة.
   • تقديم الدعم الأكاديمي والسلوكي للطلاب وتشجيعهم.

6. التواصل:

   • حضور الاجتماعات الدورية مع الزملاء وأولياء الأمور.
   • تقديم تقارير دورية لضابط التعليم/الإدماج حول تقدم الطلاب واحتياجاتهم.
   • تسجيل ومراقبة حضور الطلاب.

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة

• شهادة بكالوريوس في التعليم، الطفولة المبكرة، أو الابتدائي، أو شهادة تعليمية ذات صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمعلم/ة.
• إجادة ممتازة للغة العربية والإنجليزية، مع مستوى جيد في الفرنسية.

Job Description

Ana Aqra Association is seeking Teachers (All Subjects) to support its Retention Support Program. This role involves working with children to deliver educational support both in classrooms and remotely.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Training and High-Quality Teaching:

   • Attend a five-day Quality Teaching and Learning training.
   • Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lessons to students in classrooms or remotely.

2. Planning and Preparation:

   • Develop daily lesson plans tailored to students’ needs.
   • Prepare classrooms or remote teaching materials.

3. Educational Activities Implementation:

   • Provide customized education based on students' needs.
   • Use diverse educational resources to enhance learning experiences.
   • Create inclusive environments for children with special needs.

4. Student Assessment and Support:

   • Monitor and assess students’ performance and progress.
   • Provide appropriate feedback on assignments and skills.
   • Identify students with special needs and report to the Education/Inclusion Officer.

5. Behavior Management:

   • Manage student behavior in classrooms or remote learning according to rules.
   • Provide academic and behavioral support to students.

6. Communication:

   • Participate in regular meetings with colleagues and parents.
   • Submit regular reports to the Education/Inclusion Officer regarding students’ progress and needs.
   • Record and monitor student attendance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood & Elementary, or relevant teaching certifications.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience.
• Excellent proficiency in Arabic and English, with a good level of French.
