الوصف الوظيفي:

تسعى منظمة LOST إلى توظيف مدرسين/ت لغة إنكليزية للانضمام إلى فريقها في تقديم التعليم في لبنان. سيكون دورك في هذا المنصب تعليم الطلاب باللغة الإنجليزية وتوفير بيئة تعليمية تدعم تفاعلهم وتعزز من مشاركتهم في الدروس. سيتعين عليك ضمان اتباع سياسات المنظمة المتعلقة بالسلوك والأمان في الفصول الدراسية، والعمل مع باقي فريق التعليم لضمان تقديم التعليم الجيد والملائم للطلاب.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. الالتزام بالسياسات:

   • التأكد من اتباع سياسات المنظمة المتعلقة بالسلوك وحماية الأطفال في جميع الأنشطة التعليمية.
   • تطبيق قواعد السلوك والإجراءات المتعلقة بحماية الطلاب في الفصول الدراسية.

2. توفير بيئة تعليمية شاملة:

   • خلق بيئة تعليمية إيجابية وملائمة تحفز الطلاب على المشاركة.
   • تنظيم وإدارة المواد والمصادر التعليمية بطريقة فعالة.

3. تنفيذ المنهج الدراسي:

   • تطبيق المنهج الدراسي وفقاً لإرشادات منسقي التعليم.
   • تخطيط وتقديم الدروس التي تلبي احتياجات الطلاب التعليمية.

4. مراقبة تقدم الطلاب:

   • متابعة تقدم الطلاب من خلال الاختبارات والواجبات اليومية.
   • تقديم الملاحظات البناءة والملائمة لمساعدة الطلاب في تحسين أدائهم.

5. دعم الطلاب في تلبية احتياجاتهم التعليمية:

   • تكييف أساليب التدريس لتناسب أنماط التعلم المختلفة.
   • تقديم الدعم الفردي للطلاب الذين يحتاجون إلى مساعدة إضافية.

6. إدارة الفصل:

   • التأكد من أن الفصول الدراسية منظمة بشكل جيد ومناسبة للتعلم.
   • مراقبة المعدات والموارد التعليمية وصيانتها بشكل دوري.

7. التفاعل مع أولياء الأمور:

   • التواصل مع أولياء الأمور بشأن تقدم الطلاب وأي مخاوف تتعلق بأدائهم.
   • المشاركة في الاجتماعات مع أولياء الأمور وتقديم تقارير عن إنجازات الطلاب.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• درجة بكالوريوس في اللغة الإنجليزية، الترجمة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين إلى ثلاث سنوات في التدريس أو تقديم الدعم التعليمي.
• إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على تنظيم وإدارة الوقت بشكل فعال.
• الخبرة في التعامل مع المراهقين والشباب تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Job Description:

LOST Organization is seeking qualified English Teachers to join their team in Lebanon. Your role will involve delivering English language lessons to students, creating a supportive and engaging learning environment, and adhering to LOST’s Code of Conduct and Safeguarding policies. This position requires working closely with other education staff to meet the diverse educational needs of students.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Adherence to Policies:

   • Familiarize yourself with and strictly follow LOST’s Code of Conduct and Safeguarding policies.
   • Ensure that these policies are implemented effectively within the classroom setting.

2. Creating a Positive Learning Environment:

   • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement.
   • Effectively organize and manage classroom resources and materials.

3. Curriculum Implementation:

   • Implement the English curriculum as directed by the Education Coordinators.
   • Plan and deliver lessons that meet the curriculum requirements and cater to the students' learning needs.

4. Progress Monitoring:

   • Regularly assess students' progress through tests, assignments, and classroom observations.
   • Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their performance.

5. Student Support:

   • Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning styles of students.
   • Offer individualized support and tutoring to students who require additional help.

6. Classroom Management:

   • Maintain a tidy, well-organized classroom conducive to learning.
   • Regularly check classroom equipment and materials for maintenance issues.

7. Communication with Parents/Guardians:

   • Communicate with parents/guardians regarding students' progress and concerns.
   • Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide updates on student achievements.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Translation, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of teaching experience or in an educational support role.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working with adolescents and youth is a plus.
