تفاصيل الوظيفة والمسؤوليات:
تعلن مؤسسة AVSI عن حاجتها إلى تعيين محاسب/ة أول (Senior Accountant) للعمل ضمن فريقها المالي في لبنان. سيكون المرشح مسؤولًا عن إدارة السجلات المالية وضمان الامتثال للأنظمة المالية والمعايير المحاسبية للمؤسسة والجهات المانحة.
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة ومحدثة لجميع المعاملات المحاسبية.
- التأكد من طلب جميع المستندات الضرورية وجمعها وتوثيقها في الوقت المناسب.
- المساعدة في التحقق من جميع السجلات المحاسبية وإدخالها في النظام المالي المعتمد.
- ضمان تقديم جميع المستندات المتعلقة بالشركاء الفرعيين في الوقت المحدد والامتثال لمتطلبات AVSI والجهات المانحة.
- المساعدة في إغلاق الحسابات الشهرية وضمان تقديم جميع البيانات المطلوبة للتقارير المالية.
- الامتثال لجميع اللوائح الحكومية والمعايير المحاسبية المعتمدة.
- التحضير والتعاون مع المدققين الداخليين والخارجيين لضمان نجاح عمليات التدقيق وإغلاق الحسابات المالية بالشكل الصحيح.
- تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى تتعلق بالمحاسبة يحددها المشرف المباشر.
- التنسيق اليومي مع فريق المحاسبة في المقر الرئيسي، رئيس المحاسبة، ومدير المالية.
- مراقبة مهام الموظفين يوميًا لضمان تقديم التقارير في الوقت المحدد وتحقيق الأهداف الشهرية.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
AVSI Foundation is hiring a Senior Accountant to join its financial team in Lebanon. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and supporting internal and external audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and updated records of accounting transactions.
- Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled in a timely manner.
- Assist in verifying and posting all accounting records into the financial system.
- Ensure that all documents related to sub-implementing partners are submitted on time and comply with AVSI and donor requirements.
- Support the monthly financial closing process and provide necessary data for financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all governmental financial regulations.
- Assist in preparing for internal and external audits, ensuring successful audit processes and appropriate financial account closure.
- Perform any other accounting duties as requested by the supervisor.
- Coordinate daily with the HQ accounting team, Chief Accountant, and Finance Manager.
- Monitor staff tasks daily to ensure timely submission of reports and achievement of monthly objectives.
