تفاصيل الوظيفة والمسؤوليات:
تعلن إحدى الشركات الرائدة في مجال الرعاية الصحية المنزلية في أبو ظبي عن توفر فرصة عمل لمشرف/ة تمريض – مسؤول/ة جودة (Nurse Supervisor/Quality Officer). سيكون الموظف مسؤولًا عن الإشراف على فرق التمريض وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والامتثال لجميع السياسات والإجراءات الصحية المعتمدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- الإشراف على فرق التمريض وتوزيع الجداول الزمنية للممرضين لضمان تقديم الرعاية المنزلية بأعلى المعايير.
- متابعة وتقييم الأداء التمريضي وضمان الامتثال للمعايير الطبية المعتمدة من وزارة الصحة في أبو ظبي (DOH).
- إجراء عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي بما في ذلك تدقيق تسنيف (Tasneef Audit)، تدقيق ضمان (Daman Audit)، ومعايير أبو ظبي لنظم معلومات الرعاية الصحية (ADHICS).
- ضمان تطبيق سياسات وإجراءات الجودة والسلامة وفقًا للوائح الرعاية الصحية المحلية والدولية.
- تقديم التقارير الدورية للإدارة حول أداء فرق التمريض وتطوير خطط التحسين المستمرة.
- العمل على تعزيز التدريب المستمر للممرضين لضمان تقديم خدمات رعاية صحية منزلية متكاملة.
- التنسيق مع الجهات التنظيمية لضمان الامتثال لكافة القوانين والمعايير الصحية.
- التعامل مع أي مشكلات تتعلق بالجودة أو الامتثال الصحي والتأكد من معالجتها بشكل فعال.
المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:
- رخصة تمريض سارية المفعول من دائرة الصحة – أبو ظبي (DOH-RN License).
- خبرة سابقة في مجال الرعاية الصحية المنزلية كمشرف تمريض في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
- معرفة شاملة بإجراءات تدقيق تسنيف (Tasneef Audit)، تدقيق ضمان (Daman Audit)، ومعايير ADHICS.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية وقدرة على إدارة فرق التمريض بفعالية.
- القدرة على الانضمام الفوري إلى العمل.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
A leading home healthcare company in Abu Dhabi is hiring a Nurse Supervisor/Quality Officer to oversee nursing teams and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance. The selected candidate will play a key role in supervising homecare nurses, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high healthcare service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing teams and manage staff scheduling to ensure optimal homecare service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing performance, ensuring compliance with Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DOH) regulations.
- Conduct Tasneef Audit, Daman Audit, and ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Healthcare Information and Cyber Security (ADHICS) standards.
- Implement quality assurance policies and procedures aligned with local and international healthcare regulations.
- Provide periodic reports to the management on nursing team performance and areas of improvement.
- Ensure continuous training and development of nurses to enhance healthcare service quality.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
- Handle quality issues and ensure effective resolution of any compliance concerns.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid DOH-RN License (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi).
- Previous experience as a Homecare Nurse Supervisor in the UAE.
- Extensive knowledge of Tasneef Audit, Daman Audit, and ADHICS standards.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage nursing teams effectively.
- Immediate availability is required.
