المسؤوليات الرئيسية للوظيفة

• إجراء التقييمات الاجتماعية: تحديد احتياجات المرضى/الناجين الاجتماعية، بما في ذلك الدعم القانوني، الحماية، الإيواء/السكن، الأمن الغذائي، الوصول إلى الخدمات الطبية والنفسية، وغيرها من الخدمات.
• دعم المرضى وأسرهم: التنسيق مع الفريق الطبي وفريق الصحة النفسية لضمان تقديم رعاية شاملة للمرضى.
• الدعم الاجتماعي المباشر: تقديم الدعم الاجتماعي المباشر استنادًا إلى التقييمات الاجتماعية، والتنسيق مع الخدمات الأخرى.
• متابعة الحالات: متابعة الحالات الاجتماعية للمرضى وضمان تلقيهم الدعم المستمر، بما في ذلك المواعيد الطبية والمتابعة مع الخدمات الأخرى.
• إعداد المواد: المشاركة في إعداد وصيانة المواد اللازمة لأنشطة الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين، بما في ذلك المعدات والخدمات.
• مراجعة الخدمات الاجتماعية: تحديث بانتظام لخريطة الخدمات الاجتماعية المتاحة وتحديد الفجوات في تلك الخدمات.
• إعداد التقارير والملفات: الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة، إحصائيات، وتقارير عن الأنشطة الاجتماعية التي تمت.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات

• التعليم: درجة بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي (BSW).
• الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال العمل الاجتماعي، ويفضل الخبرة في قطاع الصحة أو في المنظمات غير الحكومية.
• اللغات:
  • اللغة العربية: إجادة تامة.
  • اللغة الإنجليزية: إجادة تامة.
  • اللغة الفرنسية: مستوى مبتدئ (مفضل).
• المهارات التقنية: إلمام متوسط إلى متقدم بتطبيقات MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities

• Social Assessments: Identify the social support needs of patients/survivors, including legal, protection, housing, food security, and access to medical and psychosocial services.
• Patient and Family Support: Actively coordinate care with other members of the multidisciplinary MSF team (medical, MHPSS) to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families.
• Direct Social Support: Provide direct social support based on social assessments and facilitate referrals to external services.
• Follow-up Care: Monitor patients' progress and follow up on clinical appointments and referrals to relevant services.
• Material Preparation: Participate in the creation and maintenance of necessary materials and equipment for social workers' activities.
• Mapping Social Services: Regularly update a map of formal and informal support services, assessing service quality and identifying gaps.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics on social work activities.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW).
• Experience: Minimum of two years in a similar social work role, preferably within the healthcare sector or an NGO.
• Languages:
  • Arabic: Full professional proficiency.
  • English: Full professional proficiency.
  • French: Basic proficiency (preferred).
• Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
