نبذة عن منظمة Action Against Hunger

منظمة “أكشن ضد الجوع” هي منظمة غير حكومية دولية، تأسست في عام 1979، وتعمل على مكافحة الجوع والأوضاع الخطيرة التي تهدد حياة الناس من الرجال والنساء والأطفال حول العالم. يتمركز عمل المنظمة في أكثر من 46 دولة مع التركيز على أربعة مجالات رئيسية: التغذية، الصحة، الأمن الغذائي، والمياه والصرف الصحي. في لبنان، تواصل المنظمة تقديم الدعم للاجئين السوريين والمجتمعات المتأثرة بالأزمة السورية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية للوظيفة:

• إدارة سلسلة الإمداد: ضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات اللوجستية بكفاءة في جميع مراحل سلسلة الإمداد بما في ذلك الشراء، النقل، والمخزون.
• الشراء والتوريد: دعم مدير اللوجستيات في إعداد طلبات الشراء، تحليل العروض، زيارة الموردين، ومراقبة الأسعار.
• إدارة المعدات والصيانة: متابعة حالة وصيانة المعدات في الموقع وضمان استخدام المعدات المناسبة وتخزينها في حالة جيدة.
• إدارة أسطول المركبات: الإشراف على جميع أنشطة الأسطول (المركبات)، تنظيم حركة التنقل اليومية للأفراد، والإشراف على صيانة المركبات.
• إدارة الفريق: إدارة يومية لفريق العمل تحت مسؤوليته، بما في ذلك تدريب وتقييم أداء الموظفين.
• التنسيق مع فرق الحماية: التأكد من أن جميع الأنشطة اللوجستية تتم وفقًا لسياسات أمان المنظمة ومراعاة مبادئ الحماية.
• الامتثال لمعايير الأمان: احترام قواعد الأمان وتطبيق السياسات ذات الصلة أثناء أداء المهام اليومية.
• التوثيق والتقارير: إعداد التقارير الدورية الخاصة بالأنشطة اللوجستية، والمشاركة في عملية التدقيق.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• التعليم: درجة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
• الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مشاريع المساعدات الإنسانية أو لدى المنظمات الدولية أو المانحين الدوليين.
• المهارات:
  • إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
  • معرفة قوية بإدارة الأسطول وسلسلة الإمداد.
  • مهارات تنظيمية وتنسيقية قوية.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتكيف مع الأحداث غير المتوقعة.

About Action Against Hunger

Action Against Hunger is an international, non-governmental, apolitical, non-religious, and non-profit organization created in 1979. The organization's goal is to combat hunger and dangerous situations that threaten men, women, and children. In Lebanon, it continues to support Syrian refugees and vulnerable communities impacted by the Syrian crisis, delivering high-level humanitarian aid in areas of nutrition, health, food security, and water and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Management: Ensure the proper execution of logistics activities at all stages of the supply chain including purchasing, transport, and stock.
• Procurement and Sourcing: Assist the Logistics Manager in preparing purchase requests, analyzing bids, visiting suppliers, and monitoring prices.
• Equipment and IT Management: Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment (computers, printers, photocopy machines) and manage the installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Fleet Management: Supervise fleet activities and drivers, plan daily movements, and ensure proper vehicle maintenance.
• Team Management: Manage the daily performance of the logistics team, including training and performance evaluation.
• Coordination with Protection Teams: Ensure logistics activities comply with safety policies and protection principles.
• Compliance with Security Policies: Follow security rules as per the mission and base security plan and ensure the team under supervision complies.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare regular reports for logistics activities and support auditing processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in humanitarian aid organizations, the private sector, or international donors.
• Skills:
  • Fluent in Arabic and Good command of English.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management, supply chain, and basic IT skills.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible with unexpected situations.
