نبذة عن منظمة SOS Children's Villages
منظمة SOS للأطفال هي منظمة إنسانية دولية تهدف إلى رعاية الأطفال الذين فقدوا أوضاعهم الأسرية والذين هم في حالة خطر. توفر المنظمة رعاية شاملة للأطفال عبر مختلف المشاريع العالمية، وخاصة في لبنان حيث تسعى لتقديم الدعم والرعاية للأطفال والشباب في بيئات مليئة بالتحديات.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية للوظيفة:
- إعداد خطط واستراتيجيات المشتريات: تقدير وتحديد المعايير المالية والموازنات الخاصة بالمشتريات، وتنظيم عمليات التوريد حسب احتياجات المنظمة.
- متابعة الطلبات: استلام طلبات الشراء من جميع الوحدات (المعدات المكتبية والمشاريع والخدمات)، وتوزيع الطلبات على اللجان المعنية لضمان اتباع إجراءات الشراء.
- إدارة المخزون: مراقبة المخزون لضمان توصيل المواد في الوقت المحدد وبالجودة المطلوبة.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام المختلفة: التنسيق مع رؤساء الأقسام لتحديد احتياجاتهم من المنتجات والخدمات.
- إدارة الأسطول: الحفاظ على مستندات سيارات المنظمة، والتأكد من سلامتها، وتأمين التأمين والوقود بشكل منتظم.
- مراقبة الموردين: إنشاء قاعدة بيانات للموردين، والحفاظ على علاقات جيدة معهم وإعادة التفاوض على الأسعار عند الحاجة.
- الإشراف على المستودعات والمعدات: متابعة المخزون، المعدات، الأصول، والسيارات حسب السياسة المعتمدة، وإجراء جرد مرتين في السنة.
- حماية الأطفال: الالتزام الكامل بسياسات حماية الأطفال المقررة من قبل المنظمة، والإبلاغ عن أي اشتباه أو حادث يتعلق بحماية الأطفال.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- التعليم: درجة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- الخبرة: من سنتين إلى 3 سنوات من الخبرة في المشتريات والعمل اللوجستي.
- المهارات:
- إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
- معرفة جيدة بالفرنسية.
- مهارات تنظيمية وتنسيقية قوية.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.

About SOS Children's Villages
SOS Children’s Villages is an international humanitarian organization dedicated to the care of children who have lost parental care or are at risk. The organization provides comprehensive care to children through its global programs, particularly in Lebanon, where it supports vulnerable children and youth in challenging environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Plans and Strategies: Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases, and organize the procurement processes according to the organization’s needs.
- Order Management: Receive purchase requests from all units (office equipment, project supplies, and services), and distribute them to the appropriate procurement committees for action.
- Stock Monitoring: Monitor stock levels to ensure timely delivery of goods and services with the required quality.
- Coordination with Departments: Liaise with department heads to determine their product and service requirements.
- Fleet Management: Maintain SOS vehicles' documentation, ensuring their safety, insurance, and fuel management on a regular basis.
- Supplier Monitoring: Create and maintain a supplier database, maintaining good relationships with suppliers and renegotiating prices when necessary.
- Warehouse and Equipment Supervision: Oversee the monitoring of office stocks, equipment, and vehicles according to the policy, conducting inventory twice a year.
- Child Safeguarding: Ensure full compliance with SOS Child Protection policies and report any concerns regarding child safeguarding incidents immediately.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement and logistics.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
