نبذة عن مؤسسة فرح الاجتماعية

مؤسسة فرح الاجتماعية هي منظمة غير ربحية تعمل على تقديم الدعم الاجتماعي والنفسي للأفراد والعائلات في لبنان. تسعى المؤسسة لتحسين رفاهية الأطفال والشباب من خلال مجموعة من البرامج التي تهدف إلى توفير الرعاية المتكاملة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية للوظيفة:

• إدارة الحالات والإحالات: إدارة الحالات المتعلقة بالدعم النفسي الاجتماعي (PSS) وإحالتها بشكل فعّال.
• جلسات الدعم المجتمعية: إجراء جلسات دعم نفسي اجتماعي في المجتمع لدعم الأفراد والعائلات.
• الاستشارات الفردية والجماعية: تقديم استشارات فردية وجماعية حسب الحاجة.
• التعاون مع الأطراف المحلية: التعاون مع الأطراف المحلية ومقدمي الخدمات لضمان تنفيذ الإحالات بشكل فعّال.
• حفظ السجلات: الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة وسرية لجميع الحالات، وضمان الامتثال لسياسات الحماية والسلامة.
• التوعية حول الصحة النفسية: المشاركة في الأنشطة التوعوية حول الصحة النفسية والرفاهية الاجتماعية.
• المشاركة في التدريب والتنسيق: المشاركة في الاجتماعات التنسيقية والدورات التدريبية لبناء القدرات.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• التعليم: بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي، علم النفس، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
• الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في إدارة الحالات والدعم النفسي الاجتماعي (PSS).
• المهارات:
  • معرفة قوية بقضايا العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي (GBV) وحماية الأطفال والصحة النفسية.
  • خبرة في العمل مع المجتمعات الضعيفة والأطراف المحلية.
  • إتقان اللغة العربية مع إلمام جيد بالإنجليزية.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.

Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management and Referrals: Manage and refer cases for Psychosocial Support (PSS) activities effectively.
• Community-based PSS Sessions: Conduct community-based PSS sessions to support individuals and families.
• Individual and Group Counseling: Provide individual and group counseling as needed.
• Collaboration with Local Stakeholders: Collaborate with local stakeholders and service providers to ensure effective case referrals.
• Case Record Keeping: Maintain confidential and accurate case records, ensuring compliance with protection and safeguarding policies.
• Mental Health Awareness: Participate in awareness-raising activities regarding mental health and psychosocial well-being.
• Coordination and Training: Participate in coordination meetings and capacity-building training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in case management and PSS.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of GBV, child protection, and mental health frameworks.
  • Experience working with vulnerable communities and local stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Arabic, with proficiency in English (French is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
