الهدف 1:
تقديم التوجيه الفني والإشراف على الأنشطة المتعلقة بالدعم النفسي الاجتماعي (PSS) للأطفال والمراهقين الضعفاء وأسرهم في مراكز المجتمع ومواقع أخرى، بما في ذلك مراكز التنمية المجتمعية (SDCs).

• مسؤول عن التخطيط الفعّال وتنفيذ ومراقبة الأنشطة المتعلقة بالدعم النفسي الاجتماعي في المناطق المحددة.
• متابعة تنفيذ الأنشطة المباشرة وغير المباشرة (مع الشركاء).
• مراقبة التنفيذ الفني للأنشطة، بما في ذلك الأنشطة في المناطق الميدانية.
• إجراء زيارات منتظمة للمراكز لتحديد الفرص والقيود وإجراء التعديلات اللازمة بما في ذلك التدريب على مستوى الموظفين.
• الإشراف على العمل الذي يقوم به الموظفون المتورطون في أنشطة الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي.

• تصميم خطة تدريب وبناء القدرات لموظفي TDH، بما في ذلك المتطوعين المجتمعيين والشركاء وأعضاء المنظمات غير الحكومية المحلية ومراكز التنمية المجتمعية.
• تمكين موظفي الميدان من خلال تدريب المدربين (ToT) أو تدريب على التعرف على الأطفال أو أي موضوع آخر متعلق بحماية الأطفال.

الهدف 3:
دعم مديري المشاريع في إنشاء ومتابعة ميزانية المشروع ومراقبة المصروفات.

الهدف 4:
الإشراف على التحضير للفعاليات الخاصة والأنشطة الترفيهية والثقافية والرياضية مع فريق المشروع.

الهدف 5:
تصميم والإشراف على تدخلات التوعية المجتمعية (الزيارات المنزلية، مجموعات التركيز، الاجتماعات المجتمعية، جلسات التوعية)، وضمان مشاركة المستفيدين المباشرة في تخطيط الأنشطة.

الهدف 6:
تمثيل المنظمة في الاجتماعات مع الشركاء الرئيسيين والأطراف الأخرى للترويج لأهداف البرنامج وأهدافه، والتواصل مع الشركاء الرئيسيين بشأن السياسات.

الهدف 7:
التنسيق مع وكالات أخرى، المنظمات غير الحكومية، الهيئات الحكومية، والمانحين لضمان التنسيق وتنفيذ المعايير المشتركة في الميدان، مع مراعاة قضايا الحماية في برامج المساعدة.

الهدف 8:
إعداد التقارير وتوثيق المعلومات بشكل شهري إلى مدير المشروع وخبير حماية الأطفال، ودعم المدير في إعداد التقارير الفصلية والختامية المرسلة إلى المانحين.

المهام الإضافية:
أداء أي مهام أخرى قد يراها المدير المباشر ذات صلة بالوظيفة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• درجة بكالوريوس في العلوم السلوكية (مثل علم النفس الإكلينيكي) أو في العمل الاجتماعي.
• من 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة في العمل في مجال حماية الأطفال أو الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي في بيئات إنسانية.
• إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا).
• رخصة قيادة هي شرط أساسي.

Job Description:

Objective 1:
Provide technical guidance and direction for PSS activities for vulnerable children, adolescents, and their families in community centers and venues, including SDCs.

• Responsible for effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of PSS activities in the targeted areas.
• Monitor the implementation of direct and indirect activities, including partner-led activities.
• Regularly visit centers to identify opportunities and challenges and to make necessary adjustments including staff training.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of staff involved in psychosocial support activities.
• Coordinate with the Project Coordinator and other project staff to ensure effective delivery of age-appropriate activities.
• Supervise and coordinate PSS activities for local partners, including material preparation and technical monitoring visits.

Objective 2:
Develop training programs and assist in capacity building for staff and partners in key thematic areas such as Child Protection, psychosocial support, and community resilience.

• Design a training and capacity-building plan for TDH staff, including community volunteers, partners, CBOs, and LNGO members.
• Empower field staff through ToT and/or training on identifying children or other topics relevant to child protection.

Objective 3:
Support Project Managers in the establishment and follow-up of project budgets and monitoring project expenses.

Objective 4:
Supervise the preparation of special events, recreational, cultural, and sports activities with project staff.

Objective 5:
Design and supervise community outreach interventions (home visits, focus groups, community meetings, awareness sessions), ensuring direct participation of beneficiaries in planning activities.

Objective 6:
Represent the organization in meetings with other partners and stakeholders to advocate and promote program goals and objectives.

Objective 7:
Coordinate with other agencies, NGOs, government bodies, and donors to ensure coordination and the implementation of common standards in the field and consideration of protection issues in assistance programs.

Objective 8:
Reporting, capitalization, and communication.

• Monthly written reports to the Project Manager and Child Protection Expert.
• Support the Project Manager in drafting quarterly and final reports for donors.
• Other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Social Science (e.g., Clinical Psychology) or Social Work.
• 3-5 years of experience in child protection or psychosocial support in humanitarian settings.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
• A valid driving license is a must.
