عن الوظيفة:

تسعى مؤسسة عمل الدولية إلى توظيف اختصاصي في العمل الاجتماعي للانضمام إلى مشروع “استجابة التعافي في الجنوب للمجتمعات النازحة بسبب الحرب في لبنان”. يهدف المشروع إلى معالجة الاحتياجات الإنسانية العاجلة للأطفال والعائلات المتضررة من الأزمات من خلال دعم التعليم والتأهيل النفسي.

سيكون اختصاصي العمل الاجتماعي مسؤولًا عن تحديد الفئات المستهدفة في المشروع وتنفيذ الأنشطة المرتبطة بالتوعية والاحتفاظ بالمستفيدين، فضلاً عن تقديم الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي للأطفال وأسرهم.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

الأنشطة التوعوية والاحتفاظ بالمستفيدين:

• التواصل مع المستفيدين حول أنشطة المشروع وشرح أهدافه ومتطلباته.
• متابعة مشاركة الأطفال في الأنشطة التعليمية ودعمهم لضمان استمرارهم في البرنامج.
• العمل على تعزيز حضور الأطفال في الأنشطة ومعالجة أسباب التغيب ووضع خطة عمل لذلك.
• تشجيع العلاقة التعاونية مع أولياء الأمور من خلال مشاركة إنجازات الأطفال لتعزيز الدافع والثقة المتبادلة.

التواصل مع الأسر حول مشاركة الأطفال في الأنشطة التعليمية:

• التواصل مع أولياء الأمور في حال غياب الطفل عن الأنشطة لأكثر من جلستين متتاليتين.
• وضع خطة عمل مع موظف الميدان لزيادة الحضور المنتظم للأطفال.

تحديد الاحتياجات الأخرى المتعلقة بالحماية بين أفراد المجتمع:

• الإبلاغ عن أي احتياجات تم التعرف عليها (تقارير أسبوعية، تواصل يومي) إلى موظف الميدان ومنسقي المشروع.
• إجراء الأنشطة الفردية والتوجيه للأنشطة المتعلقة بالحالات.

رفع الوعي وتنظيم الأنشطة:

• تنظيم أنشطة توعية للأطفال وأولياء الأمور والمجتمع المحيط، وتوفير جلسات نفسية واجتماعية أسبوعية وفقًا للخطة الشهرية.
• إجراء جلسات فردية وجماعية مع أولياء الأمور والمستفيدين لمعالجة القضايا المحددة.

التنسيق مع الفرق المحلية والشركاء:

• التنسيق مع فرق العمل المحلية والشركاء لتحسين الممارسات الداخلية وتوفير الفرص للمساعدة المستدامة.
• بناء شبكة من مقدمي الخدمات في المنطقة بالتعاون مع رئيس المركز ومنسقين آخرين.

التقارير والرصد:

• تقديم التقارير الشهرية إلى موظف الميدان ومنسق المشروع حول الأنشطة المنفذة.
• جمع البيانات المتعلقة بجلسات التركيز وإعداد التقارير ذات الصلة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• درجة بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي أو ما يعادلها.
• من 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة العملية كأخصائي اجتماعي.
• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
• رخصة قيادة هي شرط أساسي.

Job Description:

About the Role:

Amel Association International is seeking a Social Worker for the project “Recovery Response in the South to IDPs and Affected Populations by the War in Lebanon.” The project aims to address the immediate and life-saving humanitarian needs by providing educational support and promoting mental health and psychosocial support for children and their families.

The Social Worker will be responsible for identifying the direct target group, conducting outreach activities, and ensuring the participation of community members in the project.

Main Responsibilities:

Outreach & Retention Activities:

• Outreach beneficiaries to ensure participation in project activities and explain the objectives, requirements, and goals of the program.
• Follow up on children's participation in the project and address reasons for dropout with a clear action plan.
• Share children’s achievements with their parents to build trust and motivation.

Communication with Families Regarding Educational Activities:

• Follow up with parents if a child is absent for more than two consecutive sessions.
• Develop an action plan with the field officer to increase regular attendance.
• Share children's achievements with caregivers to strengthen relationships.

Identification of Other Protection Needs:

• Report any identified needs (weekly and daily communication) to the field officer and coordinators.
• Participate in identifying targeted groups for extra support or distribution.
• Case identification and referral to the appropriate services.

Awareness Raising:

• Organize and conduct awareness-raising activities according to the monthly plan.
• Conduct weekly awareness sessions for children and community members.
• Facilitate individual and group sessions with parents to address specific issues.

Coordination and Networking:

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the Child Protection Protocol is followed.
• Develop and strengthen the local network of service providers to facilitate referrals.

Monitoring and Evaluation/Reporting:

• Contribute to data collection and provide weekly reports on project progress.
• Assist in drafting quarterly and final reports for donors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience as a social worker.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• A valid driving license is a must.
