عن الوظيفة:

تسعى مؤسسة عامل الدولية إلى توظيف مسؤول ميداني للانضمام إلى مشروع “استجابة التعافي في الجنوب للمجتمعات النازحة بسبب الحرب في لبنان”. يهدف المشروع إلى تلبية احتياجات الأطفال المتضررين من الأزمات من خلال تعزيز الوصول إلى الفرص التعليمية وتحسين رفاههم من خلال الأنشطة الداعمة مثل الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي.

سيكون المسؤول الميداني مسؤولًا عن تنفيذ الأنشطة الميدانية والتنسيق مع الأطراف المختلفة لضمان نجاح أنشطة التعليم في المنطقة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

الإشراف والتنسيق:

• التنسيق مع منسق الميدان وأعضاء الفريق لتصميم جدول الأنشطة وتكييفه طوال مدة المشروع.
• ضمان تنفيذ الأنشطة وفقاً للجدول الزمني المحدد.
• إشراف على الأنشطة اللوجستية للمشروع، بما في ذلك تنفيذ الجرد الشهري، توزيع مجموعات التعلم، وإرسال طلبات الشراء.
• مراقبة تنفيذ المنهج الدراسي من خلال أوراق تخطيط المعلمين والزيارات الميدانية.
• التأكد من أن بروتوكول حماية الأطفال يتم اتباعه من قبل جميع أفراد الفريق.

أنشطة التوعية:

• التواصل مع الأسر لتوضيح أهداف المشروع والتحديات التي يواجهها الأطفال.
• بناء علاقات موثوقة مع أولياء الأمور وأعضاء المجتمع المحلي لضمان المشاركة المستمرة للأطفال في الأنشطة التعليمية.

أنشطة الإحالة:

• متابعة الحالات المحالة داخليًا من قبل الأخصائي الاجتماعي والأعضاء الآخرين في الفريق.
• التنسيق مع الجهات الخارجية لضمان انتقال سلس للحالات (إدخال البيانات، المتابعة، إلخ).

التنسيق والتعاون:

• التنسيق مع الفرق في مراكز عامل المجتمعية لضمان تقديم خدمات متكاملة.
• توسيع شبكة عامل في المنطقة لزيادة الفرص للإحالات الخارجية.
• العمل مع القطاع التعليمي على المستوى الإقليمي والتنسيق مع المنظمات الأخرى لتحقيق أقصى استفادة للأطفال.

التقييم والرصد:

• المشاركة في جمع البيانات ومراقبة الأنشطة لضمان الجودة.
• تقديم تقارير أسبوعية للمنسقين حول الأنشطة والإنجازات والتحديات.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• درجة جامعية في التعليم أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
• من سنة إلى سنتين من الخبرة في القطاع الإنساني، ويفضل في قطاع التعليم.
• معرفة جيدة بنظام التعليم اللبناني والقوانين المتعلقة بالتعليم غير الرسمي.
• إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا).

Job Description:

About the Role:

Amel Association International is seeking a Field Officer to join the project “Recovery Response in the South to IDPs and Affected Populations by the War in Lebanon.” The project aims to meet the immediate needs of children affected by crises through enhancing access to educational opportunities and promoting their well-being through retention support and mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) activities.

The Field Officer will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of activities in close coordination with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of educational support in the targeted areas.

Main Responsibilities:

Supervision & Coordination:

• Coordinate with the field coordinator and team members to design and adapt the schedule of activities throughout the project’s duration.
• Ensure the smooth implementation of the project activities according to the planned timeline.
• Supervise logistical aspects of the project, including completing monthly inventories, distributing learning kits, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders for the rehabilitation of the center when needed.
• Conduct classroom observations and follow up on curriculum implementation.

Outreach Activities:

• Communicate with beneficiaries’ caregivers and community members to ensure their active participation in educational activities.
• Build trusting relationships with the community and address challenges raised by parents regarding their children’s education.

Referral Activities:

• Ensure smooth internal and external referral processes for cases identified by the team.
• Follow up on referrals with external actors, ensuring proper information sharing and follow-ups.

Coordination and Networking:

• Coordinate with Amel community centers' staff (Health, Protection, etc.) for referrals and the improvement of internal practices.
• Develop Amel’s network with relevant stakeholders in the area to increase external referral opportunities.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting:

• Contribute to data collection for both quantitative and qualitative information.
• Ensure weekly reporting of activities, achievements, and challenges, submitting reports to the project coordinator and field coordinator.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• University degree in education, management administration, or a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in the humanitarian sector, preferably in the education sector.
• Good knowledge of the Lebanese education system and non-formal education regulations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (oral and written).
