الوصف الوظيفي:

تبحث منظمة URDA عن منسق/ة لبرنامج تعليمي للمساهمة في تنفيذ البرامج التعليمية في لبنان، مع التركيز على الفئات الأكثر ضعفًا. سيتطلب هذا الدور القدرة على التعاون مع الفرق الميدانية لضمان تنفيذ فعال للمشاريع وتحقيق الأهداف المحددة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. تنفيذ البرامج التعليمية:
   • تنفيذ البرامج التعليمية التي تركز على الفئات الأكثر ضعفًا.
   • التعاون مع الموظفين الميدانيين لتحديد الاحتياجات وتنفيذ المشاريع بنجاح.
   • متابعة تنفيذ المشاريع مع موظفي المشاريع وتقييم التقدم المحرز، وتقديم التغذية الراجعة بشأن التحسينات.
2. الزيارات الميدانية والمتابعة:
   • إجراء زيارات منتظمة للمشاريع في المدارس والمخيمات لتقييم التزامها بالمعايير الدنيا وتقديم تقارير التوعية والتغذية الراجعة.
   • متابعة مع المنظمات الشريكة لمراقبة القدرة وجودة التنفيذ.
3. إعداد المواد التعليمية:
   • إعداد مواد البرنامج وفقًا لاحتياجات المشاريع.
   • تحديد متطلبات الفريق وضمان أن كافة العاملين في المشاريع لديهم الأدوات اللازمة للقيام بمهامهم.
4. مشاركة في تطوير مقترحات المشاريع:
   • المساهمة مع موظفي المشاريع في تطوير مقترحات عالية الجودة والملاحظات المفاهيمية للبرامج.
   • التأكد من أن جميع المشاريع تلبي المتطلبات التقنية بما في ذلك الأدوات والمناهج التعليمية المناسبة.
5. التنسيق مع الفرق الميدانية:
   • العمل مع الفرق الميدانية لتشجيع التعاون والتنسيق مع البرامج المواضيعية الأخرى.
   • دعم فريق التعليم في تطوير رسائل ومحتويات الدعوة والتوعية الخاصة بالبرامج.
6. إدارة المشروع اليومية:
   • مسؤول عن إدارة جميع جوانب المشروع اليومية بما في ذلك اللوجستيات، والإدارة، والأمن، والرؤية، والتواصل مع المجتمع والمستفيدين، وتقديم الحلول للفرق.
7. مراجعة وتحديث خطط العمل:
   • متابعة خطط العمل الخاصة بالمشاريع مع مدير المشروع التعليمي.
   • المشاركة في المراجعات الدورية المتعلقة بتأثير المشاريع على المستفيدين: الطلاب، الآباء، والمساهمين.
8. تطوير قيادة الفريق وبناء القدرات:
   • توفير القيادة، والتوجيه، وبناء القدرات لجميع فرق المشروع.
   • تعزيز العمل الجماعي بين موظفي المشاريع وضمان توفير بيئة عمل مثمرة وداعمة.
9. التركيز على الميزانية:
   • التركيز على ميزانية المشاريع وإعداد خطة تنفيذية تلتزم بالبند المالي والجداول الزمنية.

المهارات المطلوبة:

• مهارات تعليمية وإدارية:
  • القدرة على تنفيذ برامج تعليمية فعالة ومرنة تركز على الفئات الأكثر ضعفًا.
  • مهارات قيادية متميزة في إدارة المشاريع وتوجيه الفرق.
  • القدرة على تقييم الأداء وتحليل التقدم المحرز.
• المهارات اللغوية:
  • إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية بشكل ممتاز، والفرنسية بشكل جيد.
• المهارات التنظيمية والتواصل:
  • مهارات تنظيمية قوية وقدرة على التنسيق بين فرق متعددة.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع جميع الأطراف المعنية.

المؤهلات الأكاديمية:

• درجة البكالوريوس في التعليم، العلوم الاجتماعية، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.

الخبرة المطلوبة:

• من 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة في العمل في مجال التعليم أو البرامج الإنسانية.
• خبرة سابقة في إدارة المشاريع وتنسيق البرامج في المنظمات الدولية أو غير الحكومية.

Job Description:

URDA is seeking an Education Program Coordinator to contribute to the implementation of educational programs in Lebanon, with a focus on the most vulnerable populations. This role requires the ability to collaborate with field teams to ensure effective project implementation and achievement of the defined objectives.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Implement Educational Programs:
   • Implement educational programs focusing on the most vulnerable groups.
   • Collaborate with field staff to identify needs and ensure successful project implementation.
   • Follow up with project officers on project progress, assess progress, and provide feedback on improvements.
2. Field Visits and Monitoring:
   • Conduct regular visits to field projects in schools and camps to assess adherence to minimum standards and provide awareness reports and feedback.
   • Follow up with partner organizations to monitor capacity and implementation quality.
3. Create Educational Materials:
   • Prepare program materials based on the project needs.
   • Define staffing requirements and ensure that all project staff have the necessary tools to perform their duties.
4. Contribute to Proposal Development:
   • Contribute to developing high-quality project proposals and Concept Notes.
   • Ensure projects meet technical requirements, including appropriate tools and curriculum for the target demographic.
5. Coordinate with Field Teams:
   • Work with field teams to promote and facilitate synergies with other thematic programs.
   • Assist education team members in developing advocacy messages and materials for the programs.
6. Daily Project Management:
   • Responsible for all aspects of the project’s daily management, including logistics, administration, security, visibility, and community and beneficiary liaison, including providing solutions to project teams.
7. Review and Update Work Plans:
   • Review and update project work plans regularly with the Education Project Manager.
   • Participate in periodic monitoring to assess the impact of the project on beneficiaries: students, parents, and stakeholders.
8. Leadership and Capacity Building:
   • Provide leadership, coaching, and capacity-building for all project teams.
   • Promote teamwork among project staff, ensuring a conducive working atmosphere and opportunities for sharing lessons learned.
9. Focus on Budget:
   • Focus on project budgets and ensure that a well-implemented plan sticks to budget lines and timelines.

Required Skills:

• Educational and Managerial Skills:
  • Ability to implement effective and flexible educational programs focused on vulnerable groups.
  • Strong leadership skills in managing projects and guiding teams.
  • Capacity to assess performance and analyze progress.
• Language Skills:
  • Excellent command of both Arabic and English, and good knowledge of French.
• Organizational and Communication Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders involved.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the education field or humanitarian programming.
• Previous experience in project management and program coordination in international or non-governmental organizations.
