تفاصيل المؤهل التعليمي: يجب أن يكون لدى العامل/ة في مجال الرعاية المجتمعية شهادة في العمل الاجتماعي، أو علم الاجتماع، أو الصحة، مع بعض الخبرة ذات الصلة في التعامل مع الأطفال.
متطلبات الخبرة: من سنتين إلى ثلاث سنوات
اللغة العربية: بطلاقة
اللغة الإنجليزية: ممتازة

الوصف الوظيفي:
جمعية نبض للتنمية تبحث عن عوامل رعاية مجتمعية ذوي خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقها في تل سرحون – البقاع. سيتم تكليف الموظف بالعديد من المهام المتعلقة بالاحتياجات المجتمعية ورعاية الأطفال والأسر، بالإضافة إلى التنسيق مع الخدمات الصحية والتغذوية، وتقديم التوعية اللازمة للمجتمعات المحلية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- رصد الاحتياجات المجتمعية:
- إجراء تقييمات دورية لاحتياجات الأسر والمجتمع.
- تسهيل جلسات مجموعات النقاش المركزة (FGD) في المجتمع.
- بناء علاقات داعمة مع الأطفال والأسر في المجتمع وتعزيز الثقة.
- رصد المخاطر المجتمعية:
- متابعة المخاطر المتعلقة بالحماية المحلية والتأكد من إحالة الأطفال المعرضين للمخاطر إلى خدمات حماية الأطفال المتخصصة.
- مرافقة الأطفال والأسر إلى الخدمات عندما يكون ذلك ضروريًا.
- التوعية في مجال الصحة والتغذية:
- تنظيم جلسات توعية منتظمة للأمهات حول موضوعات الصحة والتغذية.
- التنسيق مع مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية (PHCs) في المنطقة لرفع الوعي بالخدمات المقدمة.
- دعم الممارسات الإيجابية في تربية الأطفال:
- دعم مقدمي الرعاية والأسر في ممارسات التربية الإيجابية.
- التنسيق مع المنظمات الشريكة:
- التنسيق مع منظمات الصحة والتغذية المحلية لإجراء ورشات عمل تفاعلية حول مواضيع التغذية والصحة.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- المؤهل التعليمي: درجة بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي، علم الاجتماع أو الصحة.
- الخبرة: من سنتين إلى ثلاث سنوات في مجال العمل المجتمعي.
- المهارات:
- قدرة على بناء علاقات مع الأسر والأطفال.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- التمكن من استخدام البرامج الإلكترونية لإدارة البيانات والأنشطة.
- الالتزام بالممارسات الأخلاقية.

Job Description:
Nabad Association is looking for experienced Community Care Workers to join its team in Tel Serhun, Bekaa. The role involves handling community needs assessments, managing child protection issues, and promoting health and nutrition awareness in local communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mapping Community Needs:
- Conduct regular needs assessments and community service mapping.
- Facilitate Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) in the community.
- Build supportive relationships with children, families, and community leaders.
- Monitoring Community Protection Risks:
- Identify local protection risks and refer vulnerable children to specialized child protection services.
- Accompany families and children to necessary services when required.
- Health and Nutrition Awareness:
- Organize bi-weekly health and nutrition awareness sessions for parents and caregivers.
- Coordinate with local Primary Healthcare Centers (PHCs) and raise awareness about the services available.
- Support Positive Parenting Practices:
- Provide support to caregivers and extended family members on positive parenting practices.
- Coordination with Partner Organizations:
- Coordinate with local health and nutrition organizations to conduct workshops and awareness sessions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, or Health.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in community work.
- Skills:
- Ability to build relationships with families and children.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in using data management software.
- Commitment to ethical practices.
