وصف الوظيفة:

IDRAAC هي منظمة تهدف إلى تحسين الصحة النفسية في لبنان ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط. تسعى المنظمة إلى تعيين مصمم/ة جرافيك للعمل ضمن فريقها لتحسين الوعي بالصحة النفسية من خلال الحملات المختلفة التي يتم تصميمها لتناسب المنصات الرقمية والمطبوعة.

هدف الوظيفة:
يعتبر مصمم الجرافيك جزءًا أساسيًا في إنشاء مواد بصرية تدعم الرسائل التي تسعى المنظمة إلى نشرها، ويتطلب ذلك تطوير تصاميم مبتكرة لوسائل الإعلام المطبوعة والرقمية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إنشاء التصاميم:

• تطوير رسومات جرافيكية، رسومات توضيحية، وتصاميم للعديد من المشاريع والحملات.
• إنشاء وتصميم المواد الخاصة بالمنصات المطبوعة والرقمية، بما في ذلك الكتيبات، الملصقات، محتوى وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وعناصر الموقع الإلكتروني.

العلامة التجارية:

• الحفاظ على وتعزيز الهوية البصرية للمنظمة ودليل العلامة التجارية.
• ضمان التناسق في العناصر التصميمية عبر جميع المواد.

التعاون:

• التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف، بما في ذلك التسويق، والاتصالات، وإدارة المشاريع لفهم احتياجات التصميم والأهداف.
• دمج الملاحظات والأفكار من أعضاء الفريق في مفاهيم التصميم.

إدارة المشاريع:

• إدارة مشاريع التصميم المتعددة في وقت واحد، مع الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية والبقاء ضمن نطاق المشاريع.
• الحفاظ على سجلات منظمة للأصول التصميمية وملفات المشاريع.

الابتكار:

• متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات والأدوات والتقنيات في مجال التصميم، واقتراح حلول تصميم مبتكرة.
• تجربة تقنيات وأساليب تصميم جديدة.

ضمان الجودة:

• التأكد من أن جميع المواد التصميمية تلبي معايير الجودة العالية وخالية من الأخطاء.
• مراجعة النماذج النهائية والمنتجات من حيث الدقة والجاذبية البصرية.

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:

• شهادة بكالوريوس في تصميم الجرافيك أو في مجال ذي صلة (أو خبرة عمل معادلة).
• خبرة مثبتة في مجال تصميم الجرافيك، ويفضل في بيئة مهنية أو تنظيمية.
• إتقان برامج التصميم مثل Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop، Illustrator، InDesign، إلخ).
• مهارات قوية في التفكير الإبداعي والتصميم المفهومي.
• مهارات تواصل وتعاون ممتازة.
• القدرة على العمل بكفاءة في بيئة سريعة.
• محفظة أعمال تعرض مجموعة من مشاريع التصميم.

Job Purpose:

Design Creation:

• Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various projects and campaigns.
• Create and design materials for both print and digital platforms, including brochures, posters, social media content, and website elements.

Brand Consistency:

• Maintain and enhance the organization’s visual identity and branding guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in design elements across all materials.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and project management, to understand design needs and objectives.
• Incorporate feedback and ideas from team members into design concepts.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying within project scopes.
• Keep organized records of design assets and project files.

Innovation:

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies, and propose innovative design solutions.
• Experiment with new design techniques and approaches.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all design materials meet high-quality standards and are error-free.
• Review proofs and final products for accuracy and visual appeal.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a professional or organizational setting.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
