وصف الوظيفة:
Restart Center هو مركز غير حكومي يسعى إلى تقديم الدعم للأفراد والمجتمعات لتحسين صحتهم النفسية والاجتماعية. يعلن المركز عن فتح باب التوظيف لعدد من الموظفين للعمل في التعداد (Enumerator) في الشمال اللبناني للمساهمة في جمع البيانات المتعلقة بالصحة النفسية والصحة العامة.
هدف الوظيفة:
الموظف في هذا الدور سيقوم بإجراء مقابلات ميدانية باستخدام استبيانات هيكلية، سواء باستخدام أدوات جمع البيانات الرقمية أو الورقية، مع ضمان دقة البيانات واتباع معايير أخلاقيات جمع البيانات.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إجراء مقابلات وجهًا لوجه باستخدام استبيانات هيكلية وأدوات جمع البيانات الرقمية أو الورقية.
- التحقق من البيانات المجمعة للتحقق من دقتها واكتمالها.
- ضمان تسجيل البيانات وتنظيمها بشكل مناسب وتقديم تقارير دقيقة.
- الالتزام بإرشادات حماية الأطفال والسلامة (PSEA) ومدونة السلوك الخاصة بالمنظمة.
- التعاون مع الفريق لضمان جودة البيانات وسلامتها.
- الإبلاغ عن أي مشاكل أو تناقضات في جمع البيانات إلى المشرف.
- الحفاظ على سرية وأمن البيانات المجمعة، وضمان الامتثال لأخلاقيات إدارة البيانات.
- التواصل مع المستجيبين بشكل محترم واتباع معايير جمع البيانات الأخلاقية.
- القدرة على الانضمام فورًا.
المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:
- شهادة ثانوية عامة أو تعليم أعلى في العلوم الاجتماعية، الصحة العامة، الإحصاء أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في جمع البيانات الميدانية، الاستطلاعات، أو الأبحاث (الخبرة في المنظمات غير الحكومية أو البيئة الإنسانية تعد ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة سابقة في العمل مع المنظمات غير الحكومية أو الوكالات الإنسانية أو المنظمات البحثية.
- معرفة بالثقافة المحلية واللغات لتحقيق تواصل فعال.
- إلمام بأدوات جمع البيانات الرقمية مثل KoboToolbox، Google Sheets ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على التعامل مع الآخرين، خاصة في بيئات مجتمعية متنوعة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمان دقة البيانات.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالمعايير الأخلاقية.
- خبرة مع طرق جمع البيانات الرقمية والورقية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية (تحدثًا وكتابة).

Job Description:
Restart Center is an NGO dedicated to providing support for individuals and communities to improve their mental and social health. The center is recruiting employees for enumerator positions to collect data related to mental health and public health in North Lebanon.
Job Purpose:
The Enumerator will conduct face-to-face interviews using structured questionnaires and digital or paper-based data collection tools, ensuring the accuracy of the data and adhering to ethical data collection practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face interviews using structured questionnaires and digital or paper-based data collection tools.
- Verify and validate collected data for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure proper recording, organization, and reporting of collected data.
- Adhere to PSEA guidelines and the organization's Code of Conduct.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Report any issues or discrepancies in data collection to the supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of collected data, ensuring compliance with ethical data management practices.
- Engage respectfully with respondents and follow ethical data collection practices.
- Ability to join immediately.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or higher education in Social Sciences, Public Health, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in field data collection, surveys, or research (NGO or humanitarian setting is a plus).
- Prior experience working with NGOs, humanitarian agencies, or research organizations.
- Knowledge of local culture and languages for effective communication.
- Familiarity with digital data collection tools (such as KoboToolbox, Google Sheets) is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in diverse community settings.
- Ability to work independently while ensuring data accuracy.
- Attention to detail and commitment to ethical standards.
- Experience with both paper-based and digital data collection methods.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
