الوصف الوظيفي:

تسعى منظمة CEWU غير الحكومية إلى تعيين مدربين مختصين في مجال المناصرة والتوعية للقيام بتدريب شامل يمتد لمدة 8 أيام حول استراتيجيات المناصرة، تأثير السياسات، والتحشيد المجتمعي للتمثيل النسائي من المنظمات غير الحكومية، الجمعيات الأهلية، السلطات المحلية، المحاميات، الصحفيات، والوكالات الحكومية الوطنية. التدريب سيتم عبر مرحلتين: 4 أيام في عكار و 4 أيام في طرابلس، حيث سيتم تقسيم المشاركين إلى مجموعتين بواقع 15 شخصًا في كل مجموعة.

أهداف التدريب:

• تعزيز مهارات المناصرة: توفير فهم شامل لاستراتيجيات المناصرة وكيفية التأثير على السياسات والتحشيد المجتمعي لتحقيق التغيير الاجتماعي والسياسي.
• تعزيز قدرة التفاعل مع السياسات: تطوير قدرة المشاركين على تحليل السياسات والمشاركة في عملية صنع القرار على المستويين المحلي والوطني عبر المناصرة المستندة إلى الأدلة.
• تحسين التعاون مع الأطراف المعنية: تقديم أدوات عملية لبناء التحالفات بين المنظمات غير الحكومية، الجمعيات الأهلية، الهيئات الحكومية، ووسائل الإعلام.
• تطوير مهارات التخطيط الاستراتيجي للمناصرة: تدريب المشاركين على كيفية تصميم وتنفيذ حملات مناصرة فعالة.
• تعزيز المناصرة المعتمدة على البيانات: تدريب المشاركين على كيفية جمع وتحليل واستخدام البيانات بشكل فعال لدعم جهود المناصرة.
• التطبيق العملي من خلال دراسات حالة حقيقية: استخدام تمارين تفاعلية ودراسات حالة حية لتعزيز قدرة المشاركين على التعامل مع المناقشات السياسية والعملية التشريعية.
• قياس التأثير: إجراء تقييمات قبل وبعد التدريب لقياس تقدم المشاركين وفعالية البرنامج التدريبي.

المهام الرئيسية:

• تطوير منهج تدريبي شامل حول استراتيجيات المناصرة، التفاعل مع السياسات، والتواصل.
• تقديم جلسات تدريبية تفاعلية مخصصة لاحتياجات المشاركين.
• استخدام دراسات حالة حية وتمارين عملية لتعزيز النتائج التعليمية.
• توفير إرشادات عملية حول بناء التحالفات وتقنيات الضغط والمفاوضات السياسية.
• ضمان اتباع نهج حساس للجنس والشمولية طوال فترة التدريب.
• إجراء تقييمات قبل وبعد التدريب لقياس فعالية المعرفة المكتسبة.
• إعداد تقرير مفصل حول نتائج التدريب، تعليقات المشاركين، والتوصيات.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المناصرة أو التفاعل مع السياسات أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
• خبرة مثبتة في التدريب وبناء القدرات مع المنظمات الأهلية أو الهيئات الحكومية أو الإعلام.
• معرفة قوية بمنهجيات المناصرة، أطر السياسات، ومبادئ حقوق الإنسان.
• إلمام بالبيئة القانونية والسياسية في لبنان المتعلقة بحقوق المرأة والحكم الرشيد.
• مهارات قوية في التيسير، التحدث العام، والتواصل.
• خبرة في العمل مع مجموعات متنوعة من المسؤولين الحكوميين، المحاميات، وقادة المجتمع.
• القدرة على تطوير مواد تدريبية جذابة وتكييف المحتوى ليتناسب مع مختلف الجمهور.
• الطلاقة في اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا).

Job Description:

CEWU NGO is seeking skilled trainers to deliver a comprehensive 8-day training program on advocacy strategies, policy influence, and community mobilization. The training will be targeted at women representatives from NGOs, CSOs, local government authorities, women lawyers, women journalists, and national government agencies. The training will take place in two stages: 4 days in Akkar and 4 days in Tripoli, with a total of two groups (15 participants per group).

Training Objectives:

• Strengthen Advocacy Skills: Provide participants with a thorough understanding of advocacy strategies, policy influence, and community mobilization to drive meaningful social and policy change.
• Enhance Policy Engagement Capabilities: Develop participants’ ability to analyze and engage with policymaking processes at local and national levels through evidence-based advocacy.
• Improve Stakeholder Collaboration: Offer practical tools for stakeholder mapping, coalition-building, and networking to create strong partnerships among NGOs, CSOs, government bodies, and media representatives.
• Develop Strategic Advocacy Planning: Train participants to design and implement effective advocacy campaigns, including setting objectives, identifying key messages, mobilizing resources, and measuring impact.
• Enhance Data-Driven Advocacy Approaches: Equip participants with the skills to collect, analyze, and use data effectively to support their advocacy efforts.
• Apply Practical Learning Through Real-World Case Studies: Use interactive exercises, role-playing, and case studies to enhance participants' ability to navigate policy discussions and advocacy campaigns.
• Measure Impact: Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to evaluate participants’ progress and assess the effectiveness of the training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive training curriculum covering advocacy strategies, policy engagement, stakeholder mapping, and communication skills.
• Deliver interactive and participatory training sessions tailored to the needs of the participants.
• Use real-world case studies, role-playing, and group exercises to enhance learning.
• Provide practical guidance on coalition-building, lobbying techniques, and policy negotiation.
• Ensure a gender-sensitive and inclusive approach throughout the training process.
• Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure knowledge acquisition and the effectiveness of the training.
• Prepare a detailed report summarizing the outcomes, participant feedback, and recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in advocacy, policy engagement, or related fields.
• Proven experience in training and capacity building for civil society organizations, government entities, or media professionals.
• Strong knowledge of advocacy methodologies, policy frameworks, and human rights principles.
• Familiarity with Lebanon’s legal and political landscape regarding women’s rights and governance.
• Excellent facilitation, public speaking, and communication skills.
• Experience working with diverse groups, including government officials, legal professionals, and community leaders.
• Ability to develop engaging training materials and adapt content to different audiences.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Contract and Compensation:

• The trainer will be hired on a consultancy basis for the duration of the training.
• Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
