التفاصيل:

تعلن منظمة SANAD عن حاجتها إلى اختصاصيين في العمل الاجتماعي للعمل في بيروت، لبنان ضمن قطاع الصحة. وتبحث المنظمة عن موظفين للعمل ضمن عقد استثاري لمدة سنة قابلة للتجديد بناءً على توافر التمويل. الراتب الشهري يتراوح بين 800 و 1200 دولار أمريكي.

المهام الوظيفية:

أولاً: تقديم الخدمات

1. على مستوى المرضى والعائلات:
   • تبني نهج شامل ومركّز على الشخص في تقديم الرعاية التلطيفية.
   • إجراء تقييمات نفسية اجتماعية شاملة للمرضى وعائلاتهم لتحديد احتياجاتهم العاطفية والاجتماعية والنفسية.
   • تقديم الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي للمرضى وأسرهم لمساعدتهم في مواجهة تحديات الحياة في نهاية الحياة.
   • تحضير الأطفال والمراهقين لفقدان أحد أحبائهم باستخدام تدخلات مبنية على الأدلة ومناسبة لعمرهم.
   • المساعدة في تنفيذ وتيسير برنامج الدعم النفسي بعد الفقدان التابع لـ SANAD.
   • إجراء تقييمات اجتماعية واقتصادية حسب الحاجة لتقييم الوضع المالي والاجتماعي والبيئي للمرضى وضمان تقديم الدعم والموارد المناسبة.
   • التعاون مع الموارد المجتمعية لتوفير خدمات دعم إضافية للأسر.
2. العمل مع الفريق متعدد التخصصات:
   • ضمان التخطيط للرعاية والتنسيق الوثيق مع فريق التمريض في الحالات المشتركة.
   • المشاركة في مناقشات الحالات مع الأخصائي النفسي ضمن وحدة الصحة النفسية.
   • دعم وتقييم وتطوير معايير الإحالة لحالات المرضى/الأسر بين وحدة التمريض ووحدة الصحة النفسية في SANAD.
   • المشاركة في الاجتماعات الأسبوعية للفريق متعدد التخصصات في SANAD وتقديم الملاحظات حسب الحاجة.

ثانيًا: الجودة، التدريب، والبحث

• متابعة آخر الإرشادات الدولية وأفضل الممارسات المبنية على الأدلة والمساهمة في تطوير إرشادات الدعم النفسي في الرعاية التلطيفية.
• المساهمة في كتابة السياسات وتطوير البرامج المتعلقة بالرعاية النفسية والدعم بعد الفقدان.
• ضمان تقديم تقارير دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب عن البيانات المتعلقة بتقديم الخدمات عبر المنصات المختلفة (ملفات المرضى وجداول بيانات العمليات).
• المشاركة في تقييم وتعديل برامج ووظائف وحدة الصحة النفسية بشكل مستمر.
• تقديم الدعم والمشاركة في جلسات تدريبية حول الجوانب النفسية للرعاية التلطيفية.

ثالثًا: المناصرة والتوعية:

• إجراء والمشاركة في جلسات توعية مجتمعية وحملات إعلامية بشأن الجوانب النفسية للرعاية في نهاية الحياة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• شهادة بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي (شهادة ماجستير تعتبر ميزة إضافية).
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين إلى 3 سنوات في مجال العمل الاجتماعي.
• إتقان اللغة العربية و الإنجليزية.
• التدريب في MH-GAP يعتبر ميزة قوية.
• القدرة على العمل ضمن بيئة صعبة ومواجهة تحديات ميدانية.
• مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على التفاعل مع المرضى وأسرهم بشكل فعّال.

Details:

SANAD NGO is looking for Social Workers to work in Beirut, Lebanon within the Health sector. The organization is offering a temporary contract for one year, renewable upon availability of funds. The salary range is 800 to 1200 USD per month.

Job Responsibilities:

I. Service Provision:

1. Patient and Family Level:
   • Adopt a holistic, person-centered approach to providing palliative care.
   • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of patients and families to identify their emotional, social, and psychological needs.
   • Provide psychosocial support to patients and caregivers to help them cope with end-of-life challenges.
   • Prepare children and adolescents for the loss of a loved one using evidence-based and age-appropriate interventions.
   • Assist in implementing and facilitating SANAD’s Bereavement Support Program.
   • Conduct socio-economic assessments as needed to evaluate patients’ financial, social, and environmental circumstances, ensuring appropriate support and resources are provided.
   • Collaborate with community resources to offer additional support services for families.
2. Interdisciplinary Team:
   • Ensure care planning and close coordination with the nursing team on common cases.
   • Participate in case discussions with the psychologist within the Mental Health Unit.
   • Endorse, evaluate, and continue developing SANAD’s Referral Criteria for patient/family cases between the Nursing and Mental Health Units.
   • Participate in SANAD’s weekly interdisciplinary team meetings and provide input on cases as needed.

II. Quality, Training, and Research:

• Stay updated on the latest international guidelines and evidence-based practices and contribute to the development of psychosocial support in palliative care guidelines.
• Contribute to policy writing and program development related to psychosocial and bereavement care.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting on data related to service provision across various platforms (patient files and operational excel sheets).
• Contribute to the evaluation and continuous adaptation of the Mental Health Unit’s programs.
• Provide input and support for training sessions on the psychosocial aspects of palliative care.

III. Advocacy and Outreach:

• Conduct and participate in community awareness talks, sessions, or campaigns on the psychosocial aspects of end-of-life care.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (Master’s degree is an asset).
• 2-3 years of experience in social work.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• MH-GAP training is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work in a challenging field environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with patients and families.
