الوصف الوظيفي:

الغرض من الوظيفة:
يعد موظف رعاية الأطفال مسؤولًا عن توفير الرعاية الأساسية للأطفال المرافقين للمستفيدين الذين يحضرون الأنشطة في المركز، مع مساعدة في تحفيزهم من خلال الألعاب والمهام المناسبة لأعمارهم.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

ضمان سلامة ورفاهية الأطفال أثناء حضور الآباء الدروس.
توفير بيئة رعاية أطفال نظيفة وآمنة وممتعة.
إعداد الجداول والروتين، تجهيز الغرف وتطوير الأنشطة المناسبة لأعمار الأطفال.
تعليم الأطفال السلوكيات الإيجابية وتقديم الإرشادات حسب الحاجة.
مراقبة صحة الأطفال وسلوكهم، وإبلاغ الموظفين بأي قضايا طارئة.
ضمان أخذ ملاحظات المستفيدين بعين الاعتبار والمتابعة معهم.
حضور الاجتماعات حسب طلب موظفي RDFL.
استخدام وحماية المواد التعليمية مثل الكتب والوسائل المساعدة الأخرى.
تطبيق إرشادات حماية الأطفال المتبعة في RDFL والإبلاغ عن أي خروقات للإجراءات.

المؤهلات والمهارات ذات الصلة:

شهادة ثانوية أو ما يعادلها في مجال رعاية الأطفال.
خبرة من سنة إلى سنتين في رعاية الأطفال أو تطويرهم أو التعليم للأطفال.
الأمانة والموثوقية، والقدرة على تلقي ملاحظات بناءة.
القدرة على العمل بشكل منظم ومنهجي.
القدرة على الاستماع بنشاط وفهم احتياجات الأطفال ومناقشة مشاكلهم مع المشرفين.
القدرة على الحفاظ على السرية.
الطلاقة في اللغة العربية، واللغة الإنجليزية مفضلة.

Job Description:

Job Purpose:
The Childcare Worker will be responsible for providing essential care for the children accompanying beneficiaries attending activities at the center, assisting with age-appropriate games and tasks.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety and well-being of children while parents attend classes.
Provide a clean, safe, and enjoyable childcare environment.
Set schedules and routines, prepare rooms, and develop activities that are appropriate for children’s age.
Teach children positive behaviors and provide guidance as needed.
Monitor children’s health and behavior, and report any concerns to staff.
Ensure feedback from beneficiaries is taken into consideration and followed up.
Attend meetings as requested by RDFL staff.
Utilize and protect educational materials, such as books and other learning aids.
Implement and report on child protection mainstreaming as per RDFL’s guidelines.

Qualifications and Relevant Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent in Childcare.
1 to 2 years of experience in childcare, child development, or childhood education.
Honesty and trustworthiness, with a responsiveness to constructive feedback.
Ability to work in a systematic and organized manner.
Ability to listen actively and understand children’s needs, communicating effectively with supervisors.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Fluency in spoken Arabic, with English proficiency preferred.
