وصف الوظيفة:
يعمل مدرب المعلمين المتخصص في التعليم الشامل والمنهجيات التدريسية على تدريب المعلمين لمساعدتهم في تحسين طرق التدريس وخلق بيئات تعليمية شاملة. يتطلب هذا الدور الإرشاد المستمر للمعلمين حول كيفية تطبيق تقنيات التدريس الفعالة، تلبية احتياجات الطلاب ذوي أساليب التعلم المتنوعة، وخلق بيئة صفية ترحيبية للجميع، بما في ذلك الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة أو ذوي الإعاقات.
المسؤوليات:
- تصميم وتقديم ورشات تدريبية للمعلمين حول المنهجيات التدريسية الحديثة مثل التعليم التمايزي، والتعلم التعاوني، والتعلم المعتمد على المشاريع.
- تدريب المعلمين على استراتيجيات التعليم الشامل التي تدعم الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات التعليمية المختلفة (مثل الطلاب ذوي الإعاقات، وحواجز اللغة، والخلفيات الثقافية المتنوعة).
- مساعدة المعلمين في تعديل المنهج الدراسي ليلبي احتياجات جميع المتعلمين وضمان الوصول العادل.
- تقديم الموارد العملية مثل الأدوات وخطط الدروس لمساعدة المعلمين على تنفيذ طرق التدريس الشاملة بشكل فعال.
- توجيه المعلمين في استخدام التكنولوجيا المساعدة ووسائل التعليم لطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
- العمل عن كثب مع قادة المدارس وموظفي التعليم الخاص لتطوير استراتيجيات تعليم شاملة على مستوى المدرسة.
- متابعة أحدث الأبحاث والتقنيات في مجالات التدريس والتربية الشاملة.
- ترويج سياسة التعليم الشامل والمساواة في الفرص التعليمية للجميع على الصعيدين المحلي والإقليمي.
المؤهلات والمهارات:
- شهادة بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في التعليم أو التربية الخاصة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات كمعلم، ويفضل أن يكون لديك خبرة في التعليم الخاص أو في بيئات تعليمية شاملة.
- خبرة في تدريب المعلمين أو التطوير المهني.
- معرفة قوية بمنهجيات التدريس المختلفة واستراتيجيات التعليم.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على تقديم العروض التقديمية.
- الصبر والتعاطف والالتزام القوي بدعم المعلمين والطلاب.

Job Description:
A Teachers' Trainer specializing in inclusive education and teaching methodologies is responsible for guiding, assisting, and training teachers to improve their methods and create inclusive learning environments. This position involves advising teachers on how to implement successful teaching techniques, meet the needs of students with varying learning styles, and create a welcoming classroom atmosphere for all students, including those with special needs or disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training workshops for teachers on current and innovative teaching methodologies, including differentiated instruction, collaborative learning, and project-based learning.
- Train teachers on inclusive education strategies that support students with diverse learning needs (e.g., students with disabilities, language barriers, and varied cultural backgrounds).
- Assist teachers in adapting and modifying the curriculum to meet the needs of all learners, ensuring accessibility and equity.
- Provide practical resources, tools, and lesson plans to help teachers implement inclusive teaching methods effectively.
- Guide teachers on using assistive technologies and teaching aids for students with special needs.
- Collaborate closely with school leaders, special education staff, and other education professionals to develop school-wide strategies for inclusive education.
- Stay up to date with the latest research in teaching methodologies and inclusive education practices.
- Advocate for inclusive education policies and practices at the local, regional, and national levels.
Qualifications and Relevant Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a teacher, preferably with experience in special education, inclusive classrooms, or diverse educational settings.
- Strong knowledge of various teaching methodologies and instructional strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work systematically and in an organized manner.
- Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to supporting teachers and students.
