المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية التواصل:
- وضع خطط تواصل شاملة تشمل الجداول الزمنية والأنشطة والموارد اللازمة.
- تحديد الجمهور المستهدف وتخصيص رسائل وأدوات التواصل حسب الحاجة.
- مراقبة وتقييم فعالية الأنشطة التوعوية وتعديل الاستراتيجيات إذا لزم الأمر.
إنتاج وتحرير المحتوى:
- تطوير محتوى إعلامي شيق مثل القصص، المقالات، ودراسات الحالة التي تناسب منصات متعددة (موقع الويب، وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، النشرات الإخبارية، إلخ).
- كتابة وتحرير مواد إعلامية متوافقة مع المبادئ التوجيهية للعلامة التجارية للمشروع.
إدارة حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي:
- إدارة وتحديث حسابات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي الخاصة بالمشروع إذا لزم الأمر.
- تطوير علاقات مستدامة مع وسائل الإعلام المحلية (الصحافة، الإعلام الإلكتروني).
تقارير التواصل والأنشطة:
- إعداد تقارير تواصل منتظمة حول الأنشطة والنتائج التأثيرية للمشروع.
- الحفاظ على أرشيف شامل لجميع المواد والنشاطات المتعلقة بالتواصل.
إعداد العروض التقديمية والاجتماعات:
- تحضير المواد الإعلامية للاجتماعات مع الأطراف المعنية والمشاركة في تقديم العروض.

Content Creation and Editing:
- Develop engaging content for various communication channels including websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
- Write and edit compelling stories, articles, and case studies aligned with the project’s branding and messaging guidelines.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and update the project’s social media accounts when needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local media outlets (print, electronic, online).
Communication Reporting:
- Prepare regular communication reports on project activities and their impact.
- Maintain a comprehensive archive of all communication materials and activities.
Preparation of Presentations and Meetings:
- Prepare communication materials for stakeholder meetings and presentations.
