تعلن منظمة Inara عن فتح باب التقديم لوظيفة صانع/ة محتوى في لبنان، حيث سيتم تكليف الشخص المختار بإنشاء محتوى مرئي يسرد القصص الإنسانية عن الأفراد والمجتمعات التي تستفيد من أعمال المنظمة.
تفاصيل الوظيفة:

المهام الرئيسية:
- إنشاء قصة مرئية واحدة في الأسبوع (صورة أو فيديو قصير) تركز على الأفراد والمجتمعات التي تستفيد من أعمال “أكوا” (ACWA).
- إنتاج قصة مرئية متابعة واحدة في الأسبوع تظهر التقدم المستمر والأثر الأوسع لعمل منظمة INARA في لبنان.
- تغطية الأنشطة الميدانية المتعلقة بمنظمة INARA وزياراتها حسب الحاجة، مع تصوير محتوى صور وفيديو عالي الجودة، وإجراء مقابلات عند الضرورة.
- تعديل جميع المواد البصرية لتكون جاهزة للنشر، بما في ذلك تصحيح الألوان، توازن الصوت، إضافة الترجمة، وبعض الرسوم المتحركة إذا لزم الأمر.
- التأكد من أن المحتوى يتماشى مع إرشادات العلامة التجارية للمنظمة، رسائلها، ومعايير الحماية.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فريق الاتصال لتنسيق الزوايا القصصية، اللوجستيات، ومواعيد تسليم المحتوى.
المؤهلات:
- خبرة قوية في التصوير الفوتوغرافي وإنتاج الفيديو.
- إجادة استخدام برامج التحرير مثل Adobe Premiere Pro.
- مهارات قوية في السرد القصصي البصري وبناء القصص.
- حساسية في العمل مع الأفراد والمجتمعات الضعيفة؛ وفهم جمع المحتوى بشكل أخلاقي.
- القدرة على السفر ضمن لبنان للوصول إلى مواقع المشاريع.
- إتقان اللغة العربية، والمعرفة الجيدة باللغة الإنجليزية تعتبر ميزة.
- القدرة على الوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية الأسبوعية الضيقة مع الحد الأدنى من الإشراف.

INARA is offering a position for a Lebanon Content Creator, responsible for producing visual content that tells the human interest stories of individuals and communities benefiting from the organization's work.
Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one human interest visual story per week (photo or short video) focusing on individuals and communities benefiting from ACWA’s work.
- Produce one follow-up visual story per week illustrating continued progress and broader impact of INARA’s work in Lebanon.
- Cover INARA-related field activities and visits as needed, capturing high-quality photo and video content, with occasional interviews.
- Edit all visual materials to be publication-ready, including color grading, audio balancing, subtitles, and basic motion graphics if needed.
- Ensure content complies with INARA’s branding, messaging guidelines, and protection standards.
- Collaborate closely with the communications team to align on story angles, logistics, and content delivery timelines.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in both photography and video production.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Excellent visual storytelling and narrative structuring skills.
- Sensitivity to working with vulnerable individuals and communities; understanding of ethical content collection.
- Availability to travel within Lebanon to reach project sites.
- Arabic fluency required; working knowledge of English is an asset.
- Ability to meet tight weekly deadlines with minimal supervision.
